Property was very clean, there was a nice view, the room was spacious, you have everything you need, there is good air conditioning in the kitchen. The owner is very nice and brought plums for us)))
To get to the beach is or with a bus, or by feet around 20 minutes, nice beach but you need to walk.

The host! Guitano was really the best host we have ever had. He truly guided us, helped us, made an effort to integrate us into the local population and made sure we had everything and more.
The place was beautiful, the garden and outdoor place was great
The wifi was not great, you cannot really take video calls but can work

It was a wonderful stay ! The owner picked us up from the bus station and also give us a ride when we left. Very nice people , the appartament was very big and clean, kitchen with all you need , dinning area, terace. We had acces to the washing machine for my child . Fruits were in the plate at our arrival.

The owner is the best.He will get out of his way to make sure you are ok.We were greeted with bawl of fruits,he showed us around.The app is big,clean,nice...has everything you need and it is close to bars,restaurants,market,store,bus...Will come back.

The apartment was fine and parking was available on site, which is a bonus in Ischia.
Communication with the owners was difficult as they spoke absolutely no English - we found this surprising in a vacation hot spot. However, they were very friendly.

Very nice owner, a bowl of fresh fruit was waiting for us on the spot. Very well furnished rooms and kitchen. Nice garden with sitting area and private garage. Walk to the center to the markets and restaurants 3 minutes. Nearby (about 1 km) from a nice beach, where the water is heated by thermal springs.

I have never had a better host in all my travels. Gaetano was a star from the very beginning. He is certainly the most helpful,welcoming and friendly host ever. From the very beginning till our very last day he was super helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and he did everything to accommodate all of our needs. He picked us up from Forio, gave us a little tour around the island, before he drove us to the apartment. Apartments were very clean spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Everyday Gaetano will stop by to make sure everything is alright and check if we need something. He would also bring us a bowl of fruits from his garden almost everyday. I completely fell in love with this place and I must say I was really sad to leave. I will definitely go back. Apartments Luongo will always be my first choice.
I will recommend Gaetano's place to all my colleagues and friends.

It was clean and had a nice view. The host was a really nice man! Near Panza central, near restaurants.
Nothing to complaint a about really. Maybe poor wifi. Good to have a moto to get around or a car. But you have bus as well
