Come enjoy one of Tahoe's most desirable lakeside condominium complexes. Conveniently located just two miles east of Tahoe City, makes this the ideal location for any season. This designer end unit offers upscale appointments including Australian wood floors, custom lighting, vessel granite bowls, artful showers, and a floor to ceiling copper aspen tree inlay-ed in the fireplace. Newly renovated, this tri-story condo includes four bedrooms, with two located downstairs for quiet sleeping, one of which includes custom corner bunk beds, perfect for little ones. Both share a full bath. Upstairs, above the main living area, the gorgeous master bedroom offers a king bed, flatscreen television and a beautiful private bath with a double sink vanity and custom shower. The fourth and final bedroom offers a queen bed and television as well. • 1802 square feet • Gas fireplace • 32'' Flat-screen TV in Living Room • Remodeled kitchen and baths and newly installed furnace, Nest thermostat and on-demand water heater • HOA Amenities Include: Private Beach, Tennis Courts, and Swimming Pool (SUMMER ONLY) **Pets are prohibited per HOA rules** ABOUT THE AREA "The Northshore" Townhouse complex is located at the north shore of beautiful Lake Tahoe, two miles east of Tahoe City. It consists of 52 townhomes, situated on 25 acres of wooded pines and fir, together with original mountain vegetation. Amenities include approximately 400 feet of private beach, a 192 foot pier, swimming pool, tennis courts, and bocce ball. During the ski season, you are just 15 minutes Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows, two of the premier Tahoe ski areas. A single lift ticket provides access to both resorts, and the Squaw/Alpine Express offers between mountain transportation every 20-30 minutes. Exterior Camera Disclosure: There is a security camera mounted on the exterior of the home that monitors the front door from the outside. PLEASE NOTE: This home may be equipped with outdoor surveillance cameras and electric bear fencing that are utilized for security and bear activity in the area. These cameras in no way infringe upon guests' privacy, and monitor exterior portions of the home exclusively. Decks and BBQ grills may NOT be available during winter months, exterior areas may be icy. This home is not equipped with AC. Per Placer County Short term rental laws, quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am, and no street parking is permitted at any time, including boats and trailers. We recommend purchasing 3rd party trip insurance if you have concerns about canceling your reservation. Wells & Bennett Realtors requires $500 of your reservation total due upon booking and the remainder due sixty days prior to check-in. Cancellation Policy / Cancellation fee: If cancellation is made more than 60 days of arrival, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will be applied. If the cancellation is made within 60 (or less) days of arrival, the entire rent will be retained unless Wells and Bennett Realtors is able to re-rent the specified property. If the property is re-rented, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will still apply, but the remainder of rent will be refunded after the replacement guests have checked out. Holiday Booking Policy CHRISTMAS - Check-In must be by December 20th, 21st, or 22nd. There is a 5 to 7 night minimum stay required. (Must check out by December 28th at latest, to allow 7 days for a New Years Reservation.)**No Check-Ins or Check-Outs on December 24th, 25th NEW YEARS - Check-In must be on December 27, 28, or 29. There is a 7 night minimum stay required. **No Check-Ins or Check-Outs on December 31st or January 1st STR23-7837

We love this condo & all the amenities. It was very clean with everything we needed. The bidet toilet was a real treat! The management was very pleasant to work with as well.
