Better off sleeping in my car

The person who checked me in was friendly.

There was a family in the room above me who had a child that kept running around the room for hours. I went to the front desk for assistance the first time I think about 10:30. I was told that I could not change rooms, (even though there were plenty of empty parking spots) and that he would speak with the people in that room. It did not stop. I went back to the front desk I think around 1:00 and the employee told me that he would talk to the people again. When he spoke with them the second time they told him that the child was in bed, which wasn't true since he kept running around the room. I told the employee that I really needed sleep and did I need to sleep in my car? He told me that I could speak with the owner the next morning around 9:00 but this did not help me since I needed to leave the hotel before that time. The bottom line is that I did not sleep at all that night because of the situation and I am still very unhappy about it.

Low price produced low quality facility but basic needs met.

LONG wait for low pressure hot water in shower that left me standing in slow draining water. Lamp USB plugs not charging. Room door dragging, not opening fully. Wall switch at door filthy. Instant coffee machine makes terrible coffee. Comfortable bed and clean bedding. No street noise in room.

I didn’t like the fact that they were very stingy on the towels. You would have to ask for towels multiple times bc they didn’t give you what you asked for the first time.

Cheap motel, not a hotel. Quality isn’t great.

Check in was fast

The facilities. The couch had multiple rips and tears and the bathroom didn’t seem too clean. The pillows were really uncomfortable.

Beyond comfortable!!!

It is a beautiful property & exceptionally clean. Everything looked brand new. Like I was the first person to ever stay. I was literally blown away at how spotless & perfect everything was. The sheets, pillows & covers were all super white & fluffy. just beyond comfortable. Comfort, cleanliness, safe, amazing air conditioning & the lady who operates the front desk has the best customer service!!! Thank you so much for my stay.

uh okay I guess !

well it was pretty cool that it was cheap and clean can’t deny that but I had a 2 bed only the first one was clean but no worries only thing that got me was the 50 deposit then it was 10 a hour to check out before 1 which was fine but the front desk did have terrible customer service I give them a 1 for sure

Decent motel and a good price for an overnighter

Decent motel at a good price for an overnighter.

The location was a bit further from the airport than I thought and right next to the freeway. They could do with putting a seal on the doors to block out some of the road noise.

was not able to adjust room temperature to my wishes. For the one night I didn’t ask for help - I was so tired I slept anyways
