Nestled in Bahamas, this charming villa for £874 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Stunning beauty brings the colors of the aqua colored sea inside the house in a cozy contemporary setting. Professional designed and decorated. 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths spacious home includes guest house and separate laundry room, new private heated salt pool. Separate spa on private patio; 2 king bedrooms with an additional twin bed..Total 4 King beds, 2 twin beds, 1 with two added twin beds in trundle for children, etc. Sleeps 12. Home built with green building materials with amazing insulation! We added large heated spa on back patio with new privacy wall!!! Sports toys: 2 paddle boards, 2 2-seater kayaks and 2 1-seater kayaks with life vests and dolly, boogie boards (adult/children), snorkel equipment and sand buckets/pails, large heated salt pool, cornhole game. There are also folding beach chairs to take the short tiled walkway to the beach. Beach towels and bathrobes provided. Home includes complete laundry room with two washers and two dryers, full size appliances; large flatscreen tv in every major room; with Blue-ray players. Four master bedrooms, one with oversized tub, private showers and separate toilet rooms in each suite. These suites have a separate desk/vanity with another in the great room. Dramatic 25 ft tall detailed ceiling in one master bedroom and the great room. Eat at the dining table or at the huge island bar. Beautiful separate outdoor shower. Fully stocked kitchen with the best of amenities and all appliances ever needed! Enjoy all this on one level and every bedroom has total privacy with each location. Extra seating areas along with the entertainment seating in the great room. You are never crowded in the extra large great room. It's a great place to gather your family/friends groups. If you have seen the sandals commercial, you have seen our beach without all the people. Private gazebo, shared by the 5 completed individual custom homes next to the beach with table/chairs in a covered setting to watch the kids play in the water or enjoy your lunch as you watch the waves. Beautiful views as you lounge on our 30 ft deck at our villa or inside on the sofa's and ottomans. Complete outdoor furniture setting with sofa sectional, tables and chairs/umbrellas to accommodate you and your guests/family right on your own deck! R/O filtration system to provide filtered water at the sink with ultraviolet purification systems for both air and water. Large gas barbeque on the patio for your use. Wifi. Rare Satellite TV provided. Most rentals have only 6 local channels or cable tv which is about 20 channels. You have lots of free movie channels and programs to entertain you along with sports!! Beach towels and all linens provided. We have, at considerable expense, installed full satellite TV, which is rare on the island. You can hook right up to your netflix account or view the many free channels and movies provided on satellite. All TV's operate separately and bedroom tv's receive a few channels individually or you can play movies from the entertainment center, so go to your corners and watch your favorite programs without disturbing anyone! We also have a fabulous sound system to enhance your movie viewing or listening to the music channels throughout the house located in the great room. We have two portacribs, highchair, infant mat units for your little ones and have toys, games and movies for all ages. There is individual "climate control" in each room with remotes so you can control your comfort zones! Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and great room to further enhance the We also invested in a whole house generator as this island has power issues and a generator is a MUST to continue comfort in the house on this island. Always look for this item for the Bahamas. You wouldn't want to be without it. You will find an electric fireplace in the larger primary bedroom, providing a romantic touch in the evenings. It is used with or without heat. A great place to be able to leave your guests in the next room and enjoy a quiet nap while they watch their favorite movie from the sofa's or in their own room. The home is built with special energy efficient materials from Gigacrete in Las Vegas. (you can look them up online to get more information). Our trip to Exuma and stay at Aqua Dreams was an amazing visit to Paradise. That water color in Exuma is breathtaking. Aqua Dreams is perfectly located just a few minutes from the airport and on a quiet street right on the beach. This house is equipped with everything you could think of and more. By far the best stocked house we have ever rented. Ashley our on site host and her husband are fantastic. Lovely, spacious home in Paradise.

Just a girls get away for my 60th Birthday!. House was nice, beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. We loved the beautiful beaches and our boat excursion was exceptional. Our Private Chef was phenomanal. All the locals were kind, helpful, and just really pleasant.

This property was exactly as described online. Lots of space to relax and fit our two large families with 9 of us total. Marna always stayed in touch to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect and very close to the beach. The house had so many extras like pool and beach floats, a cooler, hot tub, beach chairs, spices, and much more!! We would definitely recommend this rental!

Location is great, house is in need a many updates and repairs. Guest house inhabitable as it was flooded and smelled horrible. Listing says 2 king bedrooms with twins. Only one bedroom has a twin and king bed is not in good condition. White pleather couches have covers on them because all the white pleather is coming off and the covers do not fit couches and very uncomfortable to sit on. Not a place for small children as living room is very congested. All white floors and all white furniture . Our family vacation was completely ruined as we did not have enough room for everyone and had to make other arrangements last minute and harassed by owner. Master bedroom does not cool properly and you will be charged if you lower the thermostat, we asked for a fan but did little to help. The other rooms AC worked well. But do to water dripping on our heads in Master bed from HVAC and the threat of being charged for lower the thermostat we had to vacate. How upsetting for a family on vacation. How sad its a beautiful location and just needed renovated and updated.

The Aqua Dreams property is everything it claims, and more really!
Myrna is super responsive and answers any question you might have quickly, and you also have Cleo who comes by and shows you around the property and is an excellent on-site representative. Our family didn’t need a thing, but between Myrna and Cleo it would have been taken care of. This provides peace of mind at a home far away from home.

While we didn't have the best weather and we couldn't land in Exuma the first day due to storms, our remaining days in Exuma were amazing ! Every time we walked out on the beach we all just said "wow". The house was perfect for us ( 7 adults ) It had everything you could ever dream of needing. We loved the pool, hot tub, kayaks, paddle boards, floats, snorkel equipment. We spent all of our time outside, even in the rain. From airport pickup to airport drop off this was such a special vacation for our family. Marna and Ralph were exceptional hosts , going above and beyond to make our stay great. Cleo, the house manager, was in constant contact, arranged airport pick up, catered an authentic Bahamian meal for us (including a homemade birthday cake) that was better than any restaurant we went to. I just can't say enough nice things about Aqua Dreams and Exuma. It was perfect and we will definitely be back !

The house is beautiful and looks just as pictured, a little smaller than we imagined but still wonderful. The beach is stunning and very quiet. Super close to the airport and about 25/30 minuets from Georgetown but still very well located. We had a group of 10 adults and loved the house. Cleo, the property manager was so kind as well, we all loved her. The power did go out frequently so it was so nice that this house has a generator.
Here's where we had issues and why I took away stars. The listing states it sleeps 11 people - it does NOT. When we booked we booked for 9 but told Marna, the owner, there was more than likely going to be 10 of us (one person was still undecided) and she said that was fine. 2 weeks before our arrival she mentioned that their current limit was reduced to 9 and we would have to pay an extra $700 to their property manager to pay for the "extra work and laundry". Once she was reminded that I told her 10 from the beginning she reduced that to $100 extra. To me that's shady business but I wasn't going to argue. I can tell they attempted to reduce it by removing the mattress part of the couches and putting boards under the cushions but honestly that made the couch extremely uncomfortable. Incident number 2: Marna checked in on us the first might we were there which I appreciated and responded and we had a nice exchange. Then on day 4 she checked in again asked how we were and if we were enjoying our stay. Usually this wouldn't bother me but we were out doing our biggest excursion that day so I forgot to message her back that evening. The next day I got a message telling me "It's important you communicate" and rudely remining me I needed to pay the Property Manager an extra $100 for our 10th guest and then made Cleo (property manager) come get the money immediately interrupting our night.
Other things I think people should know that did not effect the rating I gave: You have a small view of the water from the porch but it is not a TRUE beachfront home. I've seen the owner attempt to correct people that said this exact statement in other reviews as well. Internet is very spotty and didn't work 90% of the time (FYI to those that like me have to work a little bit even on vacation) but its an island so I get it.
All in all we LOVED the house but unfortunately would choose to stay somewhere else until its under new ownership.

The home is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It's professionally decorated and it shows. The AC kept us nice and cool when we needed a break from the heat. The beds were nice and cozy. We all slept very well at night. There were so many little details that made us feel at home. We really enjoyed the private pool and hot tub. The kids would spend hours in the pool when the waves and wind were too rough because it was calm and shaded. The master bedroom and bath was very spacious and the shower was wonderful, especially after a long day on the beach. The kitchen has everything you need. Plenty of cooking utensils and a nice layout. We could comfortably sit the 8 of us at the table for meals or around the coffee table for a movie or games. We took the kayak out to explore a little island about 20 min off the beach, which was so fun. Just behind that island was a great place to fish. We caught 30 fish, but only kept a few of the big snappers that we had for dinner. One of the best experiences was taking some squid down to nearby Hooper's Bay to feed to the sea turtles! Three turtles swam with us for more than an hour, it was magical! We cooked burgers and steaks on the grill, which came out great. There were some rain storms during our stay and it knocked the power out 3 times, but the generator kicked on each time and we hardly missed a beat. We were very glad to have excellent internet and cable service. Management was attentive and responsive. We highly recommend!

We had an amazing trip. Marna was responsive with questions and more than accommodating. Aqua Dreams was a perfect place for our group. It was clean and comfortable, had every amenity you could want and is located steps from some of the most gorgeous waters anywhere

Wonderful trip. So much to do at the property, it was difficult to use the ocean and great beach. We used the kayaks, beach chairs, washers and dryers, hot tub! All adults so no need for all the stuff for kids and babies. Just fit our needs exactly!

Thank you Marna for the rental. The pictures were just as listed. It was a little smaller than I realized but that was on me. But the house had every amenity we needed with a beautiful basically private beach. The host was kind and excellent with communication. We had a group of 10 and it accompdated us all.

First of all...Marna was so great answering all of our questions and very patient and helpful. The house is very well maintained and very clean. Only a short walk to the beautiful beach....maybe 2 minutes. Pool was a great bonus. We had 10 in our group and had plenty of beds and space.

Great Stay at Aqua Dreams!
Centrally located and near the airport make this a great location. We were able to go to all of our favorite beaches with little trouble and it’s close two a gas station which is important in Exuma. The house was comfortable and the wifi and air conditioners worked great. Marna you have a lovely home that is in a great location…We had a blast in Exuma and truly enjoyed our stay at Aqua Dreams.

Beautiful home and perfect location. Spacious rooms and well equipped. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Just steps away from a beautiful beach with a gazebo. Host was very helpful making plans and responded quickly. Would definitely stay there again!

This was my first time renting on VRBO and i am completely happy. the house and guest house were amazing. The kitchem satisfied our 2 professional chefs in our party. There was an unforeseen issue, that was handled as quickly as possible. Marna was extremely responsive. i would not hesitate to recommend to others and book again.

From the communication with Marna, the host ,to arriving and even departing. We were an almost blended family of 9 in which 6 of them were 20-30years old. My only advice to travelers is to arrange to have your groceries for the fist day pre-stocked! Grocery and Liquor stores close early on Saturday, some closed on Sunday and weekend pickings are slim!

There were 8 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. The master suite is remarkable, the bed is very comfortable!

We loved exuma, but this house was a nightmare. Major leak our entire stay. One entire bedroom and bathroom were trashed with water. Marna acted as if we were a bother for letting her know what was going on. Marna also likes to say how she provides ‘everything’ you will need in the house. We requested more toilet paper and she gave us a hard time. We had 11 people and 4 rolls of toilet paper. Also, Marna says she’s an interior decorator and how pretty the house is, it is a cluttered mess. You can hardly move a suitcase in to the house for so much junk and rugs. Marna also said she’d refund $1000 for our water issues but never saw that. Now she says we stole a cooler and is charging us and that never happened. Lady is insane!!
We will be back to Exuma but will stay far away from Marna’s house.

Stayed here for a week in January and it was amazing! The house had everything you can think of!! the beach was right there and pretty much a private beach. We went to the Shop Rite day one and got groceries for breakfast & lunch and went out for dinner each night! Marna gave great recommendations and was easily reachable throughout the stay. Definitely recommend staying here!!

Our family spent 4 nights at this wonderful property. It was conveniently located to everything on the island. There was sex in our party and we had plenty of room. Our family enjoyed the amenities the property had to offer. The proximity to the beach was perfect.
The owners of the property were extremely helpful from day one of reserving the property to the day we checked out. They were always available to answer all of our questions.
We will definitely stay here again when we visit Exuma!
