We had a beautiful view of Lake Superior and the house was only a few minutes away from everywhere we wanted to visit in the city.

Lovely well-cared for home. Included everything you would need for a stay. Quiet neighborhood & convenient to many areas. Incredible views and a great front porch for meals and happy hours. A+.

Excellent trip and stay

Several of my siblings and I were in Duluth for the weekend to go to a family reunion. There were six of total and the house could easily accommodate all of us as one bedroom had my brother and his wife, two sisters shared a room, and my other brother and I each had our own room. The house was clean, well stocked with kitchen amenities, towels, and even paper cups for the bathrooms. The front porch had great views of the lake. The stairs were a little challenging for some in our group- but that was the only negative. I would definitely stay here again - if is a great location close to Canal Park- but the stairs would be treacherous in winter. Enjoyed our stay!

Everything went extremely smooth, and we had no issues during our stay. We would gladly stay again soon.

Our family of five stayed at this property for three days in June. It's a great location, and the view of the harbor from the master bedroom is very nice. A mostly clear view of the ships coming in and out, except for one rainy day when we were basically inside the clouds. The kitchen worked well for us, and the sleeping space was plenty sufficient. Two things to be aware of: there's some steps between the parking and house and there is also no laundry on site. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable house. Well equipped but not cluttered. Great porch with tables and stools for lunches and happy hours. Short drive to Canal Park. Kitchen small but adequate. Clean. Would stay again.

This home had everything we needed and were looking for during our stay in Duluth. Charming, very clean home with great views of Lake Superior. Location was perfect and close to all attractions, yet situated in a very quiet neighborhood. Owners were very accommodating and great to work with. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Nice place to stay while in Duluth.

Overall our experience was great. You never know what you are going to get and this house did not disappoint. Plenty of room for 6 adults to hang out.

The photos are very accurate, when we arrived and entered the place, everything was as shown in the photos. We were pleasantly surprised by the layout, just off the kitchen was a master bedroom with its own bath and sleeper sofa, looks like it was a separate mother in law suite, so the females in our mixed group had their own place to stay. Everything was very clean and homely. The view from the upstairs bedroom facing the lake was incredible. It was very helpful having a large area to park our van. We liked having the front porch, we could bring our stuff to the porch then take our shoes off and move stuff into the house. For our group it was no problem climbing stairs, however, this set up would be difficult for a person who has difficulty with climbing stairs. Nice touch having a snow shovel handy, we needed to use it. We would definitely come back again if you'll have us. Thanks

The house was clean and easy to find. The walk from the garage to the house was a bit difficult for my 85 year old Mother, but with the handrail, she was fine.

It was a great place with a great view. Easy to check in and out. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house with a great view! Only complaint is the living room could use more side table lights for ambiance . Other than that, the house had everything we needed and had comfortable, cozy bedrooms!

We had a great time staying at the house. It worked out perfect for us. I didn’t remember mention of all the steps to get in that could prove hard for some. The place was neat and clean and had remodels that were nice. Beds were comfortable and the view from the one bedroom and porch was great overlooking the bay. Kitchen wasn’t oversized but appliances worked well and there was a fold out table in the closet, but we didn’t even need it. Just had a great time reconnecting with a couple of high school friends and their husbands and the house allowed us to spread out and relax! Thank you!

The house was so much better than staying in an over priced Duluth hotel! It had everything we needed for our long weekend away. Chad was very easy to work with and a fantastic host! Don’t waste your money on a hotel when you can stay somewhere like this.

This four bedroom house was a good place for our bookdiscussions with four bedrooms and two sitting rooms. We cooked together and played cards at night. Very clean.

Three families met to share this rental. Parking was sufficient, as were the accommodations, although be prepared for a steep walk through the front door or a significant downhill blacktop path to the back door. It was a little disappointing that the fireplace was decoration only, and I did not pick that up from the description. Definitely worth the price we paid.

This was my second time staying here. Loved it. Fantastic location, great views of Lake Superior, lots of space in the house to spread out. 😊

In town for a wedding and some sightseeing-great to have a big space to hang out in during downtime. View is amazing. Communication with owner was quick and helpful.

Nice and close to the lake with an incredible view

Our family enjoyed this property for its views, location, and space. Enger Tower is a short walk down Skyline Drive. Downtown Duluth is walkable, too, though getting back uphill is a workout! We enjoyed the views of the harbor and ship traffic.

Great place to stay. Tidy as can be. 8 of us, all comfortable. Wedding at Northland Country Club.. Perfect location. Wife said the place was "cute"...that counts.

We enjoyed our stay here, especially the proximity to mountain bike trails. The views are great and it was really fun to be able to see the action in the harbor from the front porch.

We had a great time in Duluth. We had plenty of room for all of us. Just wished there was a railing all of the way from front door to bottom of steps. Also a lock on upstairs bathroom would be nice. Quiet neighborhood.

Observation Hill was a great location with a view of Duluth! Our group of 5 friends were impressed with the updates to this home and thoroughly enjoyed the front porch the most! Home was comfortable with small details to make our stay even better.
