Located in Winona, this attractive house for £359 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. 3655 W. 6th St., Goodview, MN Goodview Haven is Winona’s newest and most flexible venue for small group retreats. Goodview Haven is a renovated retreat house in Goodview, just 3 miles from downtown Winona. The home can be rented overnight or for daytime events. The Haven sleeps 15 in twin and double beds, and features a Great Room, large outdoor space and a complete technology setup for easy hookups and really high speed internet. Rent the house for your next business retreat or working getaway, or grab the girlfriends for a weekend spent scrap booking or quilting (be sure to check out our Amenities page for all the unique features of the home that cater to technology and crafting needs!). Our fully outfitted kitchen allows guests to make their own food or work with a caterer to feed a crowd. For daytime gatherings, we can accommodate up to 60 guests in our versatile indoor gathering spaces and spacious outdoor patio on a 1-acre wooded lot. Goodview Haven is a very flexible venue. Please contact us with any questions regarding your stay and/or event. It's hard to show the exact availability with the online calendar. Please contact us even if it looks like we are booked at the time you are interested in. We may be able to accommodate you! For your security, you will be provided with a unique entry code. This works only during your rental period. Previous and future guests will not be able to enter during your rental.

Just spent three nights in this wonderful home, full of nostalgia and history. We enjoyed the space, the decor, the work room with big tables and lighting. We cannot wait to come back and enjoy some more days in your home, we didn't want to leave.

We had eight people on our gathering and everyone was more than satisfied with our accommodations and location.
While all of the space was great we all found the wonderful backyard our daily gathering space.
Perfect for relaxation and conversation.
All of the furnishings worked very well for our group, plenty of space to gather or to be by yourself.
Kitchen provided everything we needed for our stay.
All in all a wonderful place for old friends to gather and catch up on each others lives.
The house is also very convenient to restaurants and stores.

Overall this place checked all the boxes for my group. Large place with plenty of space; inside and outside. Close to walk to local establishments. There was a slight musty smell but it has been very humid lately so it seemed appropriate.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here with a group of family and friends so that should tell you how great it is. It is a beautiful home with a beautiful yard. It is, by far, the most well-stocked place I have ever stayed. From hand lotion to games to bug spray to spices to towels—the list goes on and on. This place is amazing!

My family has done an annual camping trip for over 25 years. Now that the neices and nephews are all adults and starting to get married and have families of their own, we were looking for a new experience.
Goodview Haven worked perfectly for us for the weekend. The outdoor space was great for playing badminton, bags, or other games or for just gathering together. The indoor area was large enough for all of us to find areas for smaller groups. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare and serve meals and the sleeping arrangements were good, although a little crowded.
Everyone had a great time. We like to mix up our stays a little, but this is definitely on the list for a repeat

One year ago 11 WSU graduates started working on a reunion. We had not all seen each other in over 30 years. The Good Haven VRBO gave us the perfect location for our gathering. We are thankful and blessed to have seen each other in such a wonderful setting!

Our student organization was in Winona for an event and regret that we couldn't spend more time at Goodview Haven. We arrived late at night and were amazed by the lit up outdoor area. The space was clean, warm and inviting as well. We recommend this space for large groups!

Get away
We held a surprise birthday party for my daughter. Perfect set up for the 9 of us. She goes to college here and so we traveled a few hours to surprise her and wish her luck on her year at school. Was so nice to be able to relax and have the space for playing games and making a nice dinner. Needed is maintenance on grill. Also an added large frying pan for kitchen.
Definitely a five star review for us. Made precious family memories in a delightful space.

Amazing!
This house was so cool—it surpassed our expectations! The layout was fun and worked with our group of older/younger adults. I’ve never been in such a well stocked vacation home. Everything—and I mean EVERYTHING—was available. From an unbelievable kitchen to hand sanitizer and lotion in the bathrooms to slipper socks by the front door to an outdoor fireplace with wood to burn. The house has lots of super cool knick knacks which would be the one thing we would’ve worried about with little kids. Overall, just a fabulous place to stay if you’re in the Winona area.

Family Reunion
The property was perfect for a family gathering with multiple households from various locations and a wide range of ages. Everyone had their own bed and plenty of space to spread out. The craft room made a great office for homework and virtual work meetings for guests as needed. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, and spices. Everything was very clean and organized when we arrived. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor pergola, grill, and fireplace (except for the mosquitoes). The owners were very attentive to our questions and even purchased some marshmallow roasting sticks for us to use after we inquired about them. We would definitely stay again if it works out in the future!

We had a large family group staying at the property, 17 total including 4 younger kids. We had lots of room within the house and used just 2 air mattresses for the kids, everyone else had a bed. The backyard is beautiful, pictures don’t do it justice.

This was perfect for a work centered getaway, my insurance agency meet here for a meeting and retreat. Was perfect and roomy, we were not falling over each other and the great room was exactly what we needed to meet, accomplish some work, and relax and have fun!
