No toilet paper, no kitchen towel, no candles, torches or emergency lights for loadshedsing.

The location was great and the Bridge is a very family friendly location.

The unit had no dish towels for us to use when we arrived.

The location of the apartment. I love that it’s downstairs and I didn’t have to carry heavy luggage

Plastic furniture and uncomfortable couches. Could have been cleaned better.

Very spacious property with quiet surroundings. Property very suitable when traveling with kids.

Arrived to very friendly security personnel. Accessibility and the closeness to the beach just makes it super.

Our room was half ready for use: 1.🙄 fridge was off on arrival , no dishwahing soap & foam scorrer. None of the amenities except for one supplied neither was all this communicated and yet no cleaner came to the room during the stay, no mop provided... 2. rubbish not collected. 3.One plastic chair had a broken leg and kept in the room and my 78yr old mother almost injured siting on it(😝 fortunately she had not relaxed the body when it's leg slipped forward so she could gain her balance with my help to get up). 🙈 On my part, I broke a wine glass by mistake "apoligies". 🤔 I reported to the cleaner on departure though
