Ein schöner und entspannter Unterkunftsort

Wir wurden bei der Ankunft sehr nett empfangen und es wurde uns dabei der Ablauf (des Hotels) gut zusammengefasst erklärt. Das Bett war sehr bequem und wir hatten eine schöne Atmosphäre in unserem Zimmer. Die Funktionalität des Fernsehers war gut ausgestattet, denn man konnte nicht nur die Programme anschauen, sondern sich auch mit einem Gerät von sich verbinden. (Anleitung zum Verbinden des Fernsehers war gegeben). Es gab zahlreiche Steckdosen, auch am Bett und im Frühstücksbereich. Am Frühstücks Buffet war alles gegeben, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Es ab eine reichliche Auswahl von allem, sodass für klein und groß was dabei ist. Der Platz zum Frühstücken war keineswegs zu eng. Im Hotel hat man gesehen, dass sich die Mitarbeiter durch die Kreativität herausragende Arbeit geleistet haben (Fenster Bemalung). Pluspunkt war auch eine Kinderecke, sowie eine Bar, diese befand sich zu jeder Zeit im EG Bereich offen, außer an bestimmten Festen (Feiertagen). Im ganzen Hotel war freies WLAN zur Verfügung. Das Hotel achtet auf die Umwelt, dass hat man beispielsweise im Bad gesehen (Handtücher Hinweis im Bad). In der Nähe waren Restaurants, sowie Tankstellen gut erreichbar. Auch der Bahnhof war gut zu erreichen. Die Verbindung zum Europa Park ist ausgezeichnet. Die Mitarbeiter konnten Englisch als auch Deutsch sprechen. Das Hotel hatte ein Aufzug, den auch beeinträchtigte benutzen konnten. Gut und ausreichende Parkmöglichkeiten. Weitere Pluspunkte waren: kostenlose Essensmitnahme nach dem Frühstück sowie kostenlose Hygieneartikel auf Anfrage. Für die Gäste wird auch angeboten, dass Gepäck vor der Check - Inn Zeit in einem separaten Raum zu hinterlegen. Hotel ist es möglich rund um die Uhr einzuchecken. Gute Kontaktaufnahme durch Telefonnummer, E-Mail sowie durch eine Nachricht der App in der die Bestätigung der Buchung ist (z.B.: Booking, check 24, etc.) Unserer Meinung nach ist das ein ausgezeichnetes vier Sterne Hotel.

Es waren nicht alle Mitarbeiter des Hotels freundlich (beispielsweise Gesten wie einem Hallo oder weiterzuhelfen). In unserem Hotelzimmer war im Wasserkocher noch abgestandenes Wasser drinnen. Die Verbindung zum WLAN ist immer wieder abgebrochen(Brandweite, Signalstärke). Einige Bilder im Internet haben Abweichungen vom Hotel vor Ort. Die Mitarbeiter sollten öfters nach der Auswahl des Buffets schauen und dem entsprecht nach füllen (falls vorhanden). Der Schließmichanismus der Hotelzimmertüre von innen war nicht ausreichend und war schwer zu verstehen (beim abschließen, kein Gefühl von Sicherheit der geschlossenen Türe).

Ultra-clean, nice staff and great value.

This hotel is very new and so everything is bright, clean and crisp. It was very hot when we arrived and the cool, spacious reception area was like an oasis! The staff were very helpful, although they weren't able to give us two rooms close together, so our two teenage kids got to spend a night of relative freedom away from their parents, but this felt like the kind of place where you didn't need to worry about a thing. It's a Holiday Inn room, so you probably know what to expect. Decent sized room, nice compact bathroom, simple kettle, a safe, a tv and pretty comfy bed. All good. The included breakfast was really good, very fresh and available from 6.30, which was great. We were going to Europa Land the next day and there is a bus-stop right outside the hotel, but be warned - most people are getting on the stop before at Ringsheim station, so when we got on the bus was packed (and we had two large suitcases) the driver kindly let us on anyway and didn't charge.

Bar prices were a bit steep but other than that nothing, it's a very nice hotel.

The location is perfect, there are buses passing by to Europark or the water park. The breakfast is very rich, and there are boiled eggs, which I rarely encounter in other European hotels. Quiet and comfortable, I love the welcoming staff.

We had a great stay at this hotel and it was nicely located for visiting Europapark.

The room was a bit small and there was not many space to store bags and belongings of two persons, but the beds were great, the room was clean, and we also enjoyed the breakfast.

Our room was a bit noisy in the sense that the neighbors could be heard (from the floor above our room), but this did not bother us to a great extent.

An affordable gem, right next to Europa-Park.

The hotel is 10min from Europa-Park and more or less one hour from both France and Switzerland. The room and hotel is super clean, really nice and friendly staff. Comfortable beds, really nice breakfast and great parking. There is even a gas station right next to the hotel. What’s not to like! Anja at the front desk was super helpful and friendly and even helped us when we wanted to stray an extra night. The breakfast team was always smiling and everything was stocked and super clean, making everything so much more enjoyable!

The hotel did have air conditioning but it could have been colder. Other than that everything was amazing!

Quiet room even on the first floor, good breakfast, very good location - the bus stop for Europa Park is located right in front of the hotel, the train station is 5 minutes away, there is a supermarket in 2 minutes and couple of places to eat really close.

Price benefit ballance is not good.

This hotel is in the middle of no where, if you are not coming for Europapark, but it's not at walking distance. You can take a shuttle bus.

There is no safe at rooms. No wardrobe, just very narrow hanger and 1 shelve. Price benefit ballance is not good, I have seen many hotels inside the Rust which is at walking distance to Europapark, I would have stayed at one of this hotel if I have known.

Fresh new hotel, really liked the stay there. A lot of parking spaces but for the 5 Euro, could be free for the hotel guests, but not a big amount. Besides that everything was perfect!
