The apartment looked amazing with new furniture thru out, very very spacious , clean, 1 large bathroom and a second very small but effective toilet The kitchen had all the necessities in it … My mistake I have changed the water settings and the agency was very quick to reply even at 9pm The location was amazing…10 min walk to the old town

The apartment was clean and spacious.

Check in and check out hours were not clear, different on booking.com, different on the brochure at the apartment. We could not do check in at the time that was indicated on booking.com, we had to wait longer. During check out the cleaning lady came earlier than it was indicated on the brochure so it seems like the landlord choose the hours as he pleases.

The mosquitos! Not the apartments fault but we both got bitten quite badly. It didn't ruin our trip, but bring some repellent!!

Perfect location just outside old town. Loved the walk into town and free parking was a great bonus! The space was comfortable. We liked to cook and it would have been nice to have a few more items to make that more convenient. I think it would be hard to make a larger meal for a big family there. A few other basics would have been nice. (pepper, serving bowls, maybe some Tupperware to store leftovers) Also the pictures are of all their properties so I thought we would be getting a beautiful bath tub but that was in another property.

pictures were deceiving… was really hoping for the beautiful bathtub. The drying rack was in poor shape so had to rig it up to make it work… but it was great having the washing machine.

Perfect apartment for a short stay in Zadar. Clean, spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. Bathtub in the middle of the room is a great bonus! It's very close to old town and all the nice restaurants. Parking is free and in close proximity to the apartment. We parked our car there the first night and didn't use for the whole stay - everywhere you want to go, you can easily walk to. Lucija was a great host. I would book this place again next time we're in Zadar.
