Nice place. Nice price. Nice location.

The location looks clean and the staff is really gentle. The price is good for the location. The parking is free. The locations is really good you have access to some of the main streets in Puebla. At night you have a couple of options to find dinner. Some stores are really near and so are some supermarkets.

The enter and exit to the parking is a ramp it makes it a little dangerous to come in and out because there´s nothing there to tell you if another car or a person is on the way. Inside the parking space is a little bit small to drive if you have an SUV for example. The free breakfast is only coffee or tea, an small amount of fruit and includes an small piece of bread. You have the option to order additional dishes at the restaurant but I think for the price you can go to some other places outside to have a breakfast.

Please read my comments. This is not a 4 stars hotel

The only thing I liked was the staff.

The hotel is published as a 4 stars hotel. Is not even 2 and I will explain why: 1) There was no phone to communicate with the front desk. You will have to use your own phone. 2) There was no room service. Only breakfast is served in the morning in the dining area. 3) The entrance to the garage that was in the basement was open to the Main Lobby, that means that all the contaminated air from the cars will go straight to the building. 4) There was no mini fridge in the room 5) There was no night lamp in the night stand 6) There was Not one single chair in the room. 7) There were no plugs under the desk. 8) No hair conditioning for the hair (only a bottle of shampoo) 9) There was no hair dryer 10) Only one plastic hanger in the closet 11) The bathroom had a high window that lead to the main corridor. This means that when you walk through the corridor to get to the room, you can hear or smell the other rooms bathrooms. 12) No air conditioning or heating of any source. I have no idea how in the world they gave themselves the 4 stars. I left the next day.
