Not great.. there is no shuttle from the airport, there was no in room wifi, there was no business center or lobby computer.. the eggs and rubbery sausage literally tasted like pieces of rubber.

For the price I paid was not worth it , bed was broken I wish I could get my money back but I came for a festival and there wasn’t any other hotels available so I decided to just tuff it up and stay there

Honest place to stay if your focus is business. Provides you with the basics. Clean and room has good structure. Internet could be a bit faster.

It was relaxing. My TV was not connecting to the WIFI and I was unable to access my streaming channels on my first night. The issue was resolved the next day.

My only complaint is the breakfast it was below average other than that the service was very good and the property as well I will be happy to stay here again

The room was clean and everything about the hotel was great. But after an hour I started hearing a beep every 30 min. Every time I fell asleep a beep would wake me up. Then at 5 am the smoke alarm went off and it was the room next to. I didn’t sleep at all. I had a meeting the next day. I was very disappointed and tired.

I did not like this place. The first night I was given a room that someone had been smoking in. Knowing the room smelled like smoke what did they not move me. When asked to move they did not have room available. I did move rooms the next day and spoke to the manager and told her about my room and she could only charge me half of my room stay for one night and cover my parking. I do not recommend staying there unless it is the cheapest place.

One of the reasons why it would not be my option to stay at this property again is because of the park fee, $20.00 per night, I consider it exaggerated, I had never paid for parking, in the places I stayed, during my stay .

Overall decent hotel but room I had reserved 2 weeks prior had been “sold” and no other 1 bedroom rooms were available. We ended up in a regular room which was ok but I think if a particular room type has been reserved by credit card with penalty of loss of 1st nights rate if no show then that room should not get sold off to someone else. Disappointing.

The room I was given smelled like cigarettes and was told they did not have 1 bedrooms available to switch me. They offered me a downgrade which I refused. The following day after going back and forth with the front desk I was able to be moved to a 2 bedroom but had to pay extra for an upgrade. This is the second time at this property and will be the last.

Overall decent stay, they couldn’t accommodate early check-in even though I called a day ahead and actually didn’t get me checked in until about 4:30pm. Was on a tight schedule so that almost didn’t work for me. There was a motorcycle club meeting in the parking lot right outside the windows facing the lot so it wasn’t quiet, odd they allowed that. Enough space to be comfortable but I would call it a cozy stay even with two bedrooms, kitchen, and a small living room area. Take your own creamer they only had limited amount for the coffee. Kitchen had a fridge/freezer, plates, glasses and mugs so that was great. Not sure whether I’d go back unless there wasn’t another hotel available in the area but it’s located in a convenient spot. Close enough to get to the Sofi stadium with a short Uber/Lyft ride and around south LA/El Segundo as well.

Ppaer thin walls. Average overall, liked the kitchen, but ordering a wine opener took way to long as nice gentleman from front dest personally delivered it after I conplained for waiting too long. Very noise with motocycles in the middle of the night.

Location – Convenient enough to get to different locations. Some shops and restaurants within walking distance. You’ll need a car to get to most places though. There are bus stops at the corner. Most shuttles consider this location out of area for any of their services like bus tours. Staff – Friendly and helpful. Breakfast – Cereal, oatmeal, toast, bagels, muffins, English muffins, scrambled eggs, veggie patty or sausage patty or bacon on alternating days, fruit, yogurt, milk, juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and make your own waffles. The hot breakfast items were not nice – tasted like rubber. The kids did enjoy the waffles and that they offered chocolate milk. Room – beds and pillows ok. Too soft for my liking. Carpets need to be completely replaced. Rattly air conditioner. Thin and flimsy room altogether. You can feel the room shake from just walking quickly from one room to another or if you have kids that jump around, it feels like an earthquake and your neighbors may not like it. Laundry – very basic. No table to fold your clothes. No sink. No vending machines. 3 washing machines, 4 dryers. $4 in quarters each. No coin machine. Reception had some quarters available for change but if you have a lot of clothes to wash be sure to collect your coins first and buy your laundry detergent elsewhere because the hotel doesn’t offer any to purchase, not even in the lobby “store”. Lobby store – small selection of snacks and drinks average price about $4-$5. WiFi – works well.

We stayed two nights after a week long vacation in other parts of LA. Wanted to be closer to the airport since we had an early flight home. WOW WOW WOW. From the moment we pulled into the parking lot, I was impressed. BEAUTIFUL landscaping. A pleasure to look around! Clean, nicely laid out parking lot. Friendly, welcoming front staff. Our suite was PERFECT. Just lovely! Clean, nicely decorated, spacious, DELICOUS beds and bedding, plenty of towels, handy kitchen, quiet, nicely functioning A/C - - everything we needed to be comfortable in our party of five. We wish we had been there the entire trip! :) The breakfast was decent. You know, waffles, eggs, sausage, bananas, cereal, bagels, coffee, juice…. Plenty there to get you tanked up for the day. Clean breakfast area. Folks, STAY AT THIS PLACE. You'll rest so deeply. You're 15 minutes from the airport. You're surrounded by lovely restaurants, shops, and neighborhoods. The beach is not far away. Recommend 150%. 5 stars. Keep up the good work, TownePlace Suites in Hawthorne!!

Nice hotel overall, clean and well maintained, has 24/7 security. Staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast was good with several options. The hotel is a few minutes ride to shopping and good restaurant, also about 15 minutes drive to Manhattan beach. Good value for your money.

Thin walls and floors permit the transfer of footsteps and voices. Noisy. Breakfast is mediocre at best. Eggs always dry and apparently made from a premix of some kind. Gym is small but appreciate the effort. For the price paid per night, expecting more.

The EVENING SHIFT SECURITY at 10:00 pm was very very rude to my husband when he approached my husband in the parking lot, after my husband said good evening. He asked my husband if he could read the sign that said no smoking. He did not even respond back with a Good Evening Sir. It was this security guards very rude approach to the hotel paying customer to asking him if he could read. All he had to do was say, Good Evening Sir, but there is no smoking on the parking lot. My husband went ahead and walked to the sidewalk to avoid confrontation.

Generally had a good stay here. Enjoyed the easy accessibility to areas in and around LA. The property was clean though the rooms were a little shabby. Great free breakfast in the morning. Our room faced the road so wasn't super quiet at night but wasn't a huge issue. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Very clan and nice with kitchen. Close to supermarket, freeway and Manhattan beach. Very friendly stuff. Only thing is that $20 per day for parking. I knew about it but Wonder why…. It’s not like they are very close to the airport. They were going to charge parking for my entire stay even tho I didn’t use it (gave back the parking tickets and reminded them I do not have the car anymore). So make sure to check the receipt.
