It took very long time for front desk registrations

Bed was not provided as big as they mentioned. Additional mattress is chargeable

A lot of room for improvement

Nice location. The front desk staff was welcoming this time. A vast improvement from my previous experiences. Check in was hastle free.

Linens used are really filthy. Outdated bedding and sheets.

Excellent stay for a great value !!!

Ideally located with easy accessibility from the airport, close to metro station and bus station. Easy access to the heart of the city. MG road, Central Mall are located in walking distance. Well maintained rooms with clean towels and linens. Homely breakfast was provided tho items was a lil moderate. Super friendly staff. From the manager to receptionist to the housekeeping were all very welcoming and helpful to meet all our needs. Rooms are decently sized and well laid out. Roof top bar is decent. Food is decent.

Service was okay, could be better and faster. Food needs to better for the price they charge. Also less options also in the food menu. Bar could also provide cocktails and mocktails.

Great Experience!!!

The ambiance was quite welcoming and charming. Staff were extremely helpful. Good for couples ,family and business people. Excellent location. Rooms were well arranged, clean and spacious. The bed cover & sheets were fresh. Glad to see the bath was well cleaned. Overall the service was prompt. The breakfast buffet was alright. Roof top bar was nice.

Parking was limited. Food options could be better. No mini bar in the room.

Peacful abode for a reasonable price

Location is excellent. Roof top bar.!! The rooms are spacious and clean. Nicely maintained. Prompt Service. Breakfast was good. Friendly staff. The lady at the reception was very courteous and helpful. Value for money. Calm and peaceful

Limited parking space. No Swimming pool. Roof top bar ambiance could be better.

Convenient and affordable stay for a great price

Perfect Stay. Well maintained property. The receptionist was very humble and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping is excellent. Breakfast was tasty. Food menu is simple but the quality is excellent. Rooftop bar is a nice place to chill. Located at the heart of the city.

Limited desert options. Parking space is quite limited. Room service need to speed up.

The location was ideal for me. The room was fine in itself

Unfortunately the room next door had loud music all night, which kept me awake. I complained to reception and they did call the room which after the music was lowered but still went on There were a few marks on the bedding and the breakfast didn't have alot of variation Ideal for a short stay

Location is at the heart of the city. Easily accessible to all the major destinations. Staffs are well trained and helpful. Value for money. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food was delicious and especially the rooftop bar is nice place to chill with a view.

Peaceful Stay @ Span International

The staff was very polite and welcoming. The food was good, but can do better. More options for breakfast would have been nice. The location is perfect for easy access to everything. Rooms are spacious and clean.

There is no gym at the property. No mini fridge in the room.

Staffs were very cooperative. Clean and spacious rooms . Food was delicious .I would recommend the hotel who is visiting cochin . Location is at the centre of cochin .

Pleasant Experience

The location - Situated at the heart of the city. Easily accessible to the main attractions Cleanliness - The room was well maintained and spotless Reception: Nice layout and the Check In was a breeze. The receptionist was polite and welcoming. Staff- very polite & courteous Rooftop bar is a nice place to chill and njoy a beer

The ambiance at the rooftop bar needs a makeover. Maybe clean the elevator daily. Found lots of spots.

breakfast- not recomended. spread was bad-no much choice and food was not tasty.can get tasty fresh breakfast outside, just around the corner. loation- good location, on MG road, near to the mall, Metro and lot of shopping and food options around.

I'm staying here for the 3rd time. it used to be well maintained and all services were excellent for the money they charge.Now maintenence is bad and restaurent/food quality/taste is gone down-
