One of the best hotels in Udaipur - Surreal and Serene.

It is located in one of the best locations in Udaipur, overlooking the Pichola lake. Would 100% recommend specially if you are staying with your partner. The place has beautiful ambience, royal looking rooms, the terrace and Jharoka restaurant has a view of of lake Pichola.

Stay is not up-to the mark. Restaurant is costly but enlightened and with view and it is great.

Cleanliness, hospitality by staff and food taste.

Broken blanket and mattresses, no dental kit, shower kit was provided. Bed was not comfortable and steady. Restaurant price was too high as compare to room fare. If someone think the price of stay is less, don't do. It'll be cover up in your food expense at the restaurant.

Not comfortable.

Location is the only saving grace. This Hotel is situated near Lake Pichola, Jagdish Mahal, City Palace, Bagore ki Haveli, all within walking distance.

Lack of lift, no intercom for Room service, Room was too cramped.

Its a budget friendly best located hotel along with the awesome sun and moon restaurant. The food ambience and everything was full filling.

Good. Value for money. Great Location.

The location was awesome and the views from the room and the terrace of the hotel were breathtaking. Value for the money we paid.

Parking was a little far from the hotel and also the extra person charges were charged more than decided by the hotel.

The rooms are spacious and clean.... Cafe is on top floor where u get delicious food and pretty corners. This hotel is at a walking distance to few attractions like ghangor ghat, city palace, bagore haveli and jagdish temple...

Price is little more and when booking GST was not included. So, the price was much more for 2 nights including GST. Also, I reach the hotel at 7:30 but the room was not available and I get it at 12:30 pm. Stairs are very narrow but glad that the lift was working.

Exceptional

The hotel is situated at a very prime location, all the touristy places are either walkable or within few miles. The rooms were absolutely clean nd hygienic. The rooftop restaurant/cafe is the best with an amazing view of Udaipur & Lake Pichola.

Not meant for old people.

Centre of the city. Close to everything.

There was no lift in the hotel. As I had a knee surgery, was difficult to climb the narrow stairs.

Never stay in this property. Never use Booking.com. both are useless

Property and location were okay. Reception staff is too rude. if you’ve someone local as colleagues or family they’ll not allow them to rooms even for you’re booking is for work. they’ll treat you like as you’re prostitute and say wrong things on you’re professional works, too. they provide us a wrong rooms initially. Booking.com is even not working good with customers they’ve not mentioned any kind of policies on the property. if you want worse experience with any hotel and it’s services you can book this hotel on Booking.com

Rooms and restrooms were different from photos uploaded and staff service was also pathetic. I need to call multiple times to get things done.

Room was beautiful .Staff was nice and helpful.

Bathroom really smelled. There was no phone for reception in the room. The windows didn't open. The lift wasn't working.

I won't go to this hotel if given the second chance. I would also not recommend.

The whole room ambience was good and the location at which it is situated is really good. The crowd which is coming is really good too. Overall experience not good.

I strongly advise if you are getting room number 101 don't take it. So many things - 1. When I checked in my friend was with me and they said he can't even enter the room for 5 min as we were just leaving our luggage and leaving. 2. The room which we got was Super deluxe(101) which is near to lift so everyone who comes will go from near the room so too much noise. 3. The room bad was really noisy and unstable. 4. The room's windows which were near the lift were covered with thermocol and with some spaces those thermocol covering for reference I am attaching the pictures. 5. Washrooms were not clean properly. The sink tap was too small you can't wash your hands properly in that sink.
