Just off the kitchen is a large bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The bedroom is farmhouse chic with a queen size bed and a laundry room with washer/dryer. There is private parking and boat parking in driveway or out front just off the street. Charcoal BBQ grill, picnic table and cornhole game. The Cottage is conveniently located to nearby restaurants, public boat launch, BRA swimming areas, gas and grocery store. Located only 12 miles from Rocker B Ranch.
