Clean and quiet.

Rooms were quiet. Neighborhood is quiet. Helpful host.

Internet service was poor. Breakfast was disappointing- yogurt, store bought muffins, some fresh fruit, cheese packets, orange juice. Not as advertised on web site.

Exceptional

Chris was amazing! We needed an early check-in and Chris was able to accommodate this, as well as store our bags on the night before our stay. Great communication. Breakfast was lovely and our stay just felt peaceful. Would definitely come back!

Not sure what was going on or who it was, but in the middle of the night, it sounded like someone was entering a code into our door lock?! There was no attempt to open the door, and we didn't see anyone, but it did freak us out a bit.

Cozy

All the place is lovely, very cozy and comfortable, but the thing we loved the most is that every room is named after a movie instead of numbered, and you can find the movie in the room to watch it

Would happily stay again

Was a lovely building with gorgeous rooms and extremely comfortable bed and linens. The terrace was lovely to sit in the evening.

If you want a special, unique place to stay, this is it.

If you want a break from the average hotel with worn furnishings and feel like a special treat, this is it. All the rooms have a theme, and are wonderfully decorated and appointed. The rooms I stayed in had huge soaking tubs, real stone bath counters, and huge, comfortable beds. They had balconies overlooking a big panorama of the faraway mountains, and the attractive neighborhood. The rooms I stayed in had a fridge, microwave, and electric kettle to heat water for your coffee. There’s even a small collection of sweet snacks. The area is walkable, with a park at the bottom of the street. The continental breakfast is served in an attractive dining room, and the host will be there to greet you and pour your coffee. Well worth the slightly higher cost than the average hotel.

One of the best places we have stayed and will return. Very friendly host!!

Wonderful selection, muffins, croissants, yogurt, cheese and fruits. Coffee, tea and juice. The dining room is beautiful. There was a pair of binoculars for bird viewing. Nice touches. One of the nicest places we have stayed and will return! The suites are stunningly decorated and comfortable.

its not often that you stay somewhere that exceeds your expectations

it was an ideal location as we were visiting friends in Agassiz. This hotel has been lovingly designed and is a dream to stay at. Its very personal, the owners are always there to help and advise. Should not be missed!!!

The Inn was in a great location, very close to amenities and the Abbotsford Airport.

We had to leave too early to enjoy the breakfast. The location was good for accessing the Abbotsford airport. It was very clean and modern.

Amazing Boutique Hotel

Awesome boutique hotel. Chris (owner) accompanied me to my room and explained everything that I needed to know. Room was extremely comfortable, quiet, and clean. Breakfast was amazing and nothing was too much trouble.

A nice family owned inn but with poor soundproofing and not for carching early flights unless you have a car

1. 7 min drive to YXX airport 2. Beautiful garden view and vintage hotel decor 3. Nice and friendly host. We had trouble with the heater but the owner soon came to help us 4. Free bottle water and snacks

We didn’t enjoy our stay here mainly because we needed to catch an early flight in the YXX airport. 1. Our flight was at 7 in the morning so we wanted to rest earlier but because it is a wooden house (l assume) and l could clearly hear the what people were talking in my next room and the television noise from the room above. Well one of them stopped by 12am but the other lasted until 3 am in the morning! l really hope they can respect other guest! Of course this is not the inn”s fault but would be nice to implement some quiet hours rule since the sound proofing is not ideal 2. We thought it would be east to go to the airport because it is only 7 min drive. But we were too naive… We tried to book a uber the night before but it says Uber reservation is not available in the area yet. And early morning before our flight, we tried to request an uber but there was no car available since it was too early…. You know it is a quiet rural area unlike metro town so be sure to be aware. We called the taxi after waiting for 10 mins. But the driver didn’t speak English that well and he didn’t know the exact location. He tried to describe the landmark but you know we were tourists so how could we guide him… The inn does not have 24 hr reception so we didn’t know what to do. Finally we caught the cab and when we arrived the airport only 45 min before departure. We were on time but the whole experience was chaotic Overall, I’m just speaking ab my own experiences. l think if our flight was in the afternoon then we could probably sleep later. enjoy their breakfast (from 8-9), and catch an uber without trouble. But l would recommend staying in a express hotel with 24 hr reception and closer to the main road if your flight is early and you are new to the area like us.
