We had a good stay at the hotel with fun in the pool and spa area . Good for familys. The room on back side of hotel was

Für die Durchreise gut geeignet.

Das Hotel war sauber und ordentlich und die Zimmer geräumig.

Das Frühstück ist amerikanischer Standard mehr nicht, und leider liegt das Hotel direkt am Highway. Je mach Zimmer kann es da auch nachts recht laut sein.

Quiet despite being next to the fwy. Road hum didn't bother us. Clean, and we checked everywhere.

Breakfast had plenty of options and kept up with the masses. Very good for included in the stay.

Hat als Ausgangspunkt für Strand Aufenthalt, Sightseeing und Touren sehr gut gepasst.

Gut anzufahren, nicht weit vom Strand, Geschäfte schnell erreichbar. Fürs Frühstück gibt es auch einen Außenbereich! Schön gestaltete Außenanlage. Freundliches hilfsbereites Personal!

Frühstück: Warten vorm Toaster, anscheinend zu wenig Mitarbeiter für die vielen Gäste morgens. Sie kamen nicht mit dem Wiederauffüllen der Warmhaltebehälter nach. Nicht so variationsreich und gut organisiert wie im Holiday Inn Express in Fort Bragg, CA.

Not entirely pleasant

I got back to my room at 4 in the afternoon, and it has not been done. At 5pm the maid knocked on my door to see if at least I wanted a change of towels. I told them I was leaving in 15 minutes and then they could do the room. She stated they were leaving right then. After complaining to the front desk, they told me the maids claimed I had the “do not disturb” sign. If that had been truth, why did they knock on my door at 5? They finally made the room grudgingly, suggesting si was not telling the truth about the sign.

Comfortable hotel with great proximity to SB.

Clean and comfortable. 15m drive to Santa Barbara. Breakfast was good and was resupplied at all times.

Love this place everything is great!

I love this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is VERY CLEAN AND WELL MANITAINED. Breakfast was amazing with lots of options and continually replenished. The beds are very comfortable. I loved the salt water pool. There is also a hot tub. The hotel is close to amazing restaurants (walkable) and incredible beaches. I had two dogs with me and the garden and grass areas were perfect. There is plenty of room in the room for them.

Beautiful and clean facility and grounds. Appreciate that your dog-friendly!

There’s is only one elevator and it went out on the morning of our departure so we had to make 3 trips (2 of us) to empty our room.

Pleasantly surprised.

Much nicer than your average Holiday Inn.

I got conflicting messages about how to get credit on my IHG member account from staff - still don't know how to do that, given hat I made the reservation through Booking and did not know my IHG number.

The accomodations were acceptable for my use. Prompt check in would have been appreciated.

Breakfast was good, room was large & as advertised, tv good, room comfortable, parking was good in proximity to room and I asked for a ground floor room and did get that.

check in was 3pm however I wasnt able to get into room until after 6pm, staff very friendly & apologetic but this was an inconvience. Room very clean but an odor of air freshner was detected. Floor (not carpet) was dirty in hall & lobby.

Everything! lots of parking. good free breakfast with ample seating.

my room was on the end by the stairs and I could hear the stairs door slamming all night. if you’re a light sleeper like I am, request a room away from the end. my daughter sleeps like a log and she was fine.

Average hotel needing some love and more competitive rates. Staff seemed uninterested.

The breakfast spread was much better than expected. Close to the freeway yet quiet.

Cleanliness lacked. Found used dog chew under the bed, the hide a bed had cheetos in it, both shower handles required force to stop the water. Access was possible from the parking lot WITHOUT a key.
