It was an amazing stay! Adair Country Inn is lovely, spotless clean, super cozy. It felt like staying at our family’s rather than a hotel, the vibe of an old family home for sure. Staff was great, very sweet and accommodating. Very helpful as well, parking area is down the small hill and we had troubles getting back up on one of the icy mornings, so Ben and another gentleman kindly helped us out by throwing some sand to top off the ice. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the restaurant, definitely a very qualified chef. Great location to ski resorts, too, just about 25min drive to Bretton Woods and 15min to Cannon Mountain, 7min to downtown Littleton with lots of cute shops and restaurants. Highly highly recommended overall, great value for money!

THe location, it has a wonderful setting, gardens, and walking trails. The facility itself is exceptional combining old style and convenience. Breakfast was excellent, with good choices, tasty, and nutritious. The owner, Stacy, and his family were outstanding, very helpful, and friendly. It was one of the best stays we had in the USA for years. Next time we will come earlier to sit on the porch and enjoy the view.

Nice all in one Inn stay, with a very nice restaurant on the premises. Did not have to go out on a cold winter night. Beautiful setting, close to ski areas. Staff was great.
Suggest arriving during daylight hours; sign to entrance is easy to miss.

Idyllic location with snow blanketing the countryside. Charming, comfortable inn with roaring log fires. Superb breakfast and dinner in the restaurant. Great service from the welcoming staff (Ben and Savannah in particular.)

The included breakfast was delicious. Dinner was perfect. The atmosphere at the inn gave such a personal touch, like going back in time. I can't say enough about the wonderful staff and chef. The grounds view of the Presidential Mountains and woods completed the picture of a perfect New England romantic getaway.

The Adair Inn is located on a large quiet secluded, tree lined property and arriving there was like stepping back in time to a softer, gentler period of our country's history. Upon arrival we were offered a tour of the mansion and a cup of tea. We were shown to our room which was enormous and appointed with exceptional attention to detail. The period furnishings and the feather bed made for a most relaxing stay. The dinners were fabulous and the wait staff friendly beyond belief. We stayed two nights but if we lived on the east coast this would easily become a go to place for a relaxing weekend multiple times a year. Adair was built in the early 1900's as a wedding gift and no expense was spared in building it. We stayed in two different rooms and while that wasn't our preference it was nice to see the difference in how the mansion had been converted to a B and B with each room uniquely different. We used this as a base for leaf peeping and the return to the inn in the evening was like being invited back to a spa.
Please note that there are NO handicapped accommodations and the stepping stones and walkways from the early 1900's can be a challenge for those with mobility issues. The drop off area is close to the front door but the main (and only) parking was down the hill a bit and certainly not mobility friendly. Dinners far exceeded the pre-plannned and time sensitive breakfasts (breakfast was at a set time and everyone was served the same meal) and while dinner was more formal I found it out of place to be served breakfast by someone in a baseball cap. That being said it certainly would not stop me from staying here every chance I had. If you are not a fan of ladybugs in your room then avoid staying in the fall as they tend to find their way into the rooms and cluster on the ceilings around the light fixtures. Ladybugs don't bother me but I could see where this may be an issue for some.......just putting it out there as I try and make each review I write as honest as possible.

The location was exceptional. The staff was very competent and welcoming. The restaurant was the best we found in the area. Definitely will go back
Earlier hot breakfast. 9 am was a bit late for us as we are hikers. But the bread puffs (their specialty) were worth it.

Beautiful grounds. Love your organic garden beds.
Dinner was excellent with great options.
Courteous staff.
I wish I knew about the other nicer rooms options when I booked through bookings.com. I would have paid a bit more for the nicer rooms.
Would be nice to have EV charging station on site.
