This very nice vacation rental remodeled in 2013, boasts lovely Adirondack furnishings throughout and features large en-suite bedrooms with a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom. There is a fully equipped brand new gourmet kitchen with granite counters, a dining room table that seats six and the living room has a wood-burning fireplace, flat screen TV and pull-out sleeper sofa with comfortable memory foam mattress. This vacation rental also has rarely offered air conditioning for the comfort of guests through every season and sleeps 6 very comfortably.
Walk from your front door through beautifully landscaped grounds to reach the Lake Placid Lodge, 2 restaurants, tennis courts, a golf course and hiking/cross country ski trails. Aug 2018We spent two wonderful weeks at this condo. The location was ideal for us. It's adjacent to the spectacular Whiteface Club and Resort. We enjoyed long walks on the property, and the golf course is within walking distance as well.
The condo itself is super-comfortable. The beds are excellent, and I'm picky. The two bedrooms have an en-suite bath. There is also a full bath on the ground floor. The kitchen has been recently remodeled and all the appliances are brand-new and high end. It is perfectly and thoughtfully supplied with utensils, glasses, dishes, pots and pans.
There are several notable restaurants at the adjacent resort, all of which have views of Lake Placid. We will return!

Feb 2022We had a lovely stay at this condo. Very clean and just as described. The only issue we had was how to operate the TV as its operated via a Firestick. Thank goodness we had a teen with us who figured it out. Other than that all was perfect! Read more

Dec 2020We had a great few days away in Lake Placid over Thanksgiving. The property was located in a great spot close to town. The only thing I would advise future renters is this home does not have kitchen staples. There is a salt and pepper shaker only, we even had to go buy a sponge to wash dishes. Other than needing to do a heavy grocery shop for our few days there, the condo suited our needs and was well maintained. We loved the Adirondack style furniture and decor. Read more

Aug 2021This townhouse is not located in downtown which makes it quiet and peaceful. Yet it is just a very short drive to the supermarket and Mirror Lake. It is surrounded by golf courses and lake shore, along with the woods.
Beds are very comfortable. The well equipped kitchen makes it really convenient to cook yourself a pleasant meal. It also has nice sound proofing. You don’t hear noise from neighbors. A big plus for us is that it is dog friendly. Highly recommended to any pet owners. Read more

Oct 2019This condo was absolutely perfect for our family! Close to the village and a short drive away to get to anywhere we needed to go. The boys hiked during the day while I shopped and we were able to enjoy our evenings inside. Felt just like home! Our dog loved it too! Two bedrooms, three bathrooms, cute little deck and seating area outside. Full kitchen with all the essentials if you wanted to cook and also a bbq grill. Mar 2021The unit needs some sprucing up. It was fine for a couple of days but the floor plan is awkward downstairs. Bed was very comfortable and we love the general area. Would have liked to grill our steaks but the patio had not been cleared of snow so the grill was not available. No spices or condiments what so ever so if you plan on cooking bring your own. Jul 2019The property was just as promised. We were in town for the IRONMAN and this was a perfect place to stay for four family members ( it does sleep 6). The kitchen was well appointed, and we enjoyed walking down the hill to the restaurant on the water and grabbing a drink. We also played golf on site; what a beautiful course. Jun 2021Rustic, but well-equipped, we loved this little condo.! We went in kind of an 'off' season, due to the nature of life with college students and younger teens, but I can imagine it would be lovely any time of year. We enjoyed the nearby hiking trails, and walking down to the lake, and of course all that LP village has to offer. We started reading two of the books from the coffee tables, and enjoyed them so much we went out and bought our own copies :) Thank you for sharing your home! Read more

Jul 2018It was nicely furnished and in a lovely quiet setting. We had owned E3 in this area some years ago and it was fun to return to the location. As seniors, we found the front storm door extremely hard to open and handle without a lock to keep it open. We wished there was a hand rail in the stairwell and a safety bar in the shower. Jul 2019I stayed at this property with my S.O. and two friends for a nearby wedding. Overall, this property was great. This is a wonderful place to stay for two couples. One of the best parts was the private bathrooms for each bedroom. The only minor complaint we had was the the wifi could be a little spotty, which was an issue for some of us who had to do some work while we were staying at the property.
