The only recommendation I have is having a little welcome letter stating about the internet, where the dumpster is located, and what is required for departure. Oct 2020This is a great central location to be able to spend time exploring. We went to the White Mountain area, as well as spending a day at the ocean, and exploring in Nashua and Manchester as well. Many waterfalls are within an hour-two drive. Read more

Nov 2021This beautiful Laconia condo was surprisingly affordable, very clean & comfortable, decorated to perfection & ideally located to everything we wanted to see in NH, plus just a short hop for day trips over to VT for leafpeeping!
The 1/2 bath was a big bonus for 4 women, balcony quite enjoyable for breakfast with peekaboo bay views, kitchen extremely well-equipped (even a thoughtful fresh baked blueberry cake to welcome us) & positioned just a couple of convenient miles to two major groceries & Walmart..

Jun 2021The spot was perfect for going to Weirs and all local bike week events. There is a deck to sit out on or you can go up to the pool area and enjoy a fantastic view of the lake and mountains. The pool was perfect for those days we just wanted to hang out.
The beds were comfy, cable tv for those who need to tune in, and easy check in. The washer and dryer was a huge plus so we only need a few changes of clothes.

Jan 2022The condo is perfectly situated to everything! Ski resort, local shopping and dining all within 10 minutes. There is a cozy fireplace in the living room, that is great to curl up in front of and watch it snow. From the balcony you can see the lake. The owners had everything ready when we arrived. There was even delicious blueberry cake on the counter. They ensured there was a broom, a shovel, and pet safe deicer. The only recommendation I have, is maybe put local menus in the unit.

And the blinds to the deck one of the blinds is broken it was hanging on the floor. May 2019Lovely decorated townhouse in Laconia close to Weirs Beach. Equipped with everything vacationers would need. Responsive and accommodating owners. Close to grocery stores, restaurants (try Patrick’s Pub for casual and Lyon’s Den for a more special meal), and a wide variety of activities. We took an enjoyable cruise around Lake Winnipesaukee on the Mount Washington, had a fun and quite different wine-tasting at Hermit Hills Winery featuring “fruit, but no grapes” wine; I even took a trail-ride on a gorgeous yet gentle black Tennessee Walker at Riding In The Clouds Stables on the grounds of Castle In The Clouds...not bad for a 75 year old horse fancier! Finally, we lunched in Wolfeboro with friends met on a previous vacation in Kennebunkport, ME. My husband and I, celebrating our 52nd Anniversary, as well as my 12 year old black Fidelco German Shepherd Guide Dog, Titan, DEFINITELY highly recommend this lodging choice and would enjoy a return visit anytime.

May 2019Location is fantastic in that it is close to everything and anything you might want to do. But even if you just want to stay at 'home' the view out the windows is wonderful.
The condo is nicely decorated, the beds are comfy, and the shower is great. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, glasses, and silverware to serve all.
It's great that the owners allow you to bring your pets - and it is even better that there are no signs or smells of previous pets.
