• There is a set of bunks built into an alcove in the hallway that is perfect for the children.

Aug 2020We normally rent smaller, private owned condos but took on this large company owed condo instead. Was ready on time and keyless entry was great. Loved the distance to beach, the elevators are a pain in butt especially with mask requirements. Most people do not wear them however, but is a State mandate and property. Pools always had room and was cleaned daily. Our condo was nice,however, they need pans replaced and tub fixed. Leaks and drips constantly. Pull out couch bed needs replaced with dirt and possible mold. Overall, this was a nice unit with very few issues. Food across the street and beach service available. We did beach service but Perdido Key Beach service was slow to provide chaors daily. Our representative would put chairs and stuff out at other property before taking care of Tidewater. Was normal for ours to be set by 10am or after and they take them back at 5pm. I will take my own chairs next time and this does not reflect service from condo but is part of the properties amenities. Read more

May 2022TV in the living area did not work. Bed in master bedroom is far too high and too big for that size bedroom you have to squeeze on one side by the window. If six people were to stay in it they’ll be nowhere for them to store their material. Description out to read one bedroom one bath sleeps two. The Pool beach and indoor facilities were great. We booked last minute so hard to complain, but there is little to love. It’s under equipped - only one cereal size bowl could be found for

Apr 2022This condo looks exactly like the pictures. No surprises. Very clean when we got there, and didn’t have to wait to check in or anything. The view from the balcony is amazing! Woke up every morning to have my coffee out on the balcony to watch and listen to the ocean, and even saw dolphins most mornings. We felt very safe staying here and had no issues with anything. Oct 2021The accommodations were comfortable and convenient, a real delight. I had a question and the staff was prompt and pleasant to answer it. The view was beautiful. A real plus is the ability to have a meal on the balcony. After returning home I asked my family what they liked best about the vacation and at the top was our time on the balcony having supper together. It was a special time. I highly recommend this unit. Mar 2021Overall the location was great. The property was in pretty good shape. Our room on the other hand was dirty after they said they had to clean the floors twice. This caused us to not be able to get in till about an hour after check in. We then had them come back as our balcony had glass that my son ended up stepping on. The beds did not have comforters. We tried to use the fold out couch but the mattress was so flat you could feel everything. They said they were going to bring us a broom and never did. The dishwasher didn’t use the packet for cleaning. Half of it was still in the door making me wonder how clean the dishes really are. There were cigarettes behind the nightstand. It also stated there was a heated outdoor pool and it was definitely not. I went and cleaned all the cabinet doors and high touch areas as you could see greasy fingerprints on all the cabinet doors. Overall I think this could be a great place if they did a deep cleaning and updated the mattress on the fold out couch and a couple other things. You can see where they touched up paint around door knobs but it was a different color. Read more

Sep 2021Other than the shower liner being molded, the unit was very clean. Loved the view of the beach from the balcony and the view of the bay outside the front door. Unfortunately, the smokers in the room below made sitting on the balcony a challenge at times, but that isn’t this owner’s fault. The size was perfect for us. The furnishings could be updates, especially the TV in the den, but it didn’t detract from our stay. Overall, if was a very good property. Read more

Staff was very friendly. Bedroom was very small and the bed was unusually high but mattress was comfortable. Mar 2022it was obvious that this unit was not thoroughly cleaned (found towels covered in human hair in the washing machine) and that resulted in us being unable to use certain appliances in the unit (washer/dryer) which is a major inconvenience when you pay the fee for a condo. do not recommend and we will not be back. Mar 2020If you want to stay at a secure and clean property, Tidewater is a great choice. The beach access is perfect! Seems very new - walking pier to the beach.
The condo was clean, easy to get to, and wonderful spot to watch the waves & hear the breeze.
The kitchen had everything we needed and more.
The bedroom had a nice amount of hangers & drawers so we could unpack.
The bathroom even had a hairdryer (which I forgot). THANKS!
