Jul 2018We loved our stay here. Villa Nomad had everything we needed for the week. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed. The furniture and decor is updated and very nice. The location is convenient to everything. We did no have a car and biked or walked everywhere with ease. The pool is close and was perfect for us.
The Shipyard and Truman Annex area is really nice. If we get the opportunity to return to Key West we will definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great vacation stay!! Read more

Oct 2018Villa Nomade, located in a central to everything spot, is a great place to stay! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and we really enjoyed the backyard patio. Nice swimming pool and a quiet neighborhood too. Highly recommend Villa Nomade and will consider it again when I return to Key West!

My family & I went to Key West for my daughters wedding. The condo was clean, has everything you need including spices in the kitchen which might not be important to most, but due to health issues & allergies we tend to eat in & having spices for cooking was wonderful. Joseph was on-site the entire visit & was available for any of our needs, not that we needed him much, the condo is stocked with everything you need for the entire stay & very clean.
This condo is on the bottom floor, has a beautiful patio & is close proximity to everything. For military, the military beach is just around the corner. Also a parking place is available per unit which is a big perk since parking is so expensive on Key west.
My family & I do plan to go back to Key West for another visit & plan to stay in Villa Nomade. Highly recommend this unit & Joseph. Read more

Aug 2021This condo was in a great location. We could walk to almost everything we wanted to do. When we did take an Uber it was a short distance. The unit had a great kitchen and living room. The mattress in the bedroom where I slept was not in very good shape. Both bedrooms had carpeting that desperately needs removal and replacement. The unit was quiet until the last couple of days when someone occupying the unit above us moved in. They arose very early....5am and ran and walked loudly on the floor above us. That may have been an isolated incident. We were only given 2 very tiny bars of soap to last a week. The unit did have a new washer and dryer that we appreciated since we were hot and sweaty when we returned to the condo requiring a change of clothes a couple of times a day. Oct 2021The property was exactly as shown, with no surprises. We didn't cook any meals but the kitchen looked fully equipped. Since we didn't have a rental car, we walked everywhere. Being two blocks off Duval (to the quiter side), we were close to all the action without all the noise. We did use the pool are a few times and never had a problem getting lounge chairs (sun for my wife, shade for me). We would certainly stay here again in the future. Read more

I reached out to host that told me it was "my problem as property hadnt been used for weeks". i inisited property was barely useable and was told cleaner would come the next day. i waited all day with no communication, so went out for some food. the cleaner arrived when i was gone and host said "i shouldve been there for cleaner." i returned home and property still unclean... horrible experience, host was rude and unhelpful. not worth the money. stay somewhere else where they at least clean and care about their guests Read more

Great amenities! Pool was great, parking spot, unit was gorgeous and back porch was where we had our morning coffees and shook off the sleep with the sun peeking over the trees!

Jun 2019Our stay at Villa Nomade was picture perfect! The listing was accurately described and suited our needs for a lovely weeklong stay! The owners were gracious to allow a midweek booking for 7 days. The suggestions provided by the owners were spot on and gave us good tips as first time visitors to Key West. The location was close to everything, yet far enough away to provide quiet times as needed. The pool allowed for midday relief from the June heat. We rode bikes in the morning and evening hours for sight seeing and discovering the many dining options around town. I would not hesitate to rent this unit again. Jul 2021My partner Jamie and I hosted my 23 year old daughter and her boyfriend. Having a safe and convenient location on a clean condominium are priorities to me when we travel. This condo met all of my expectations.
The location is close enough to all of the action to easily walk to a multitude of bars, restaurants. Stores, etc but yet just enough away from those things to provide a nice quiet reprieve, as well.
Some days we were very busy with snorkeling and kayaking and going put for drinks, but other times we enjoyed sitting by the pool or enjoying the large patio.
By the way, the patio is a definite star at this condo. It’s large and private. It has plenty of shade from a multitude of gorgeous tropical plants. The sticker on the door indicates the patio area won some sort of gardening award. We spent a ton of time out there, so it was really like having another living area.
The beds and pillows were comfortable and the bedrooms dark enough to sleep late, especially because the a/c works great. The condo is well built and clean and we did not hear others in the condo.
There is a keurig for coffee, but also an empty k-cup for filling. Plenty of kitchen supplies- toaster, mixer, etc; even some olive oil and spices so you don’t have to worry about buying those items and wasting them.
There are plenty of towels for both the bath and the pool, plus there is a stackable washer and dryer, too.
We had great contact with the owner to answer questions for us and check-in was easy peasy! I would highly recommend this condo to anyone. It was perfect for us. We would gladly stay here again. Read more

Apr 2018I recently spent a week at the Villa Nomade vacation home. It was very well appointed with beautiful decor and contained all items one might need in a vacation home stay. Its location was perfect for walking distance to the restaurants and was very quiet at night. While we were there the owners were staying a couple condos down from us. It was very nice meeting them as usually you never get to know who they are as the rental is set up on line. They were very accommodating and it was nice knowing they were near by if any issues came up - but none did. Key West is a wonderful place for vacation and relaxing and I would not hesitate to return to the Villa Nomade. I did forget to ask the owners one question which was how they chose the name Villa Nomade. At first I had forgotten that the name was Nomade with an 'e' on the end so was walking around saying 'nomad be happy!' but then found out about the 'e'. Read more

Zachary state park/beach less than a mile away-easy bike ride.Check in was no problem.Great patio to relax. Duval st.& all shopping,Harbor walk,Mallory sq.& Hemingway house are all easy walk from property. So many things to do we didn't want to leave! Take Josephs tips for restaurants..he was spot on! Especially loved Santiago Bodega&Blue Heaven;but there are so many others & music everywhere! Bike rental@E-cycle only 2 blocks away.Since this property has a beautiful kitchen,I recommend stopping @ Publix or Winn Dixie on your way in for supplies.We will be definitely returning!! Read more
