Booking was seamless with the owner and we'd definitely rent again. Villa Estancia is a laid back property, friendly staff, no loud music which we appreciated. The whole property felt a bit spa like. Nov 2019We just spent 5 days/4 nights in this beautiful room! It is exactly as represented. The views are stunning. Enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony each morning with the sunrise. Jan 2022This was an absolutely beautiful room! The view from this room was unbelievable. Stunning sunrises and gorgeous ocean scenes. The room was plenty large. The "kitchen" area was a bit on the smaller side so if you plan to eat in, the cooking can be a little challenging but we made it work. Bathroom was very nice. The balconies were wonderful to sit on and enjoy the afternoon. The property was quiet, peaceful and beautiful. We've stayed at the other properties at the Villa's but Estancia was a step above. Oct 2017This is our second time renting from Humberto and again we were treated like family. From being picked up from the airport to being greeted by Javier, the concierege staff for Humberto. The room 1201B was in a perfect location and it was clean and prestine. The maid service was great and was there daily. I can't stop talking about the staff at the hotel, especially Jose who worked outside where taxis dropped you off. We have a special relationship with him and he remembered out now 4 and a half year old son Mason from our last trip there. It's like an extended family and that is something you don't get anywhere else. And it is for that reason that we will be coming back with our extended family in 2019. Read more

Nov 2021The villa was gorgeous! Beautiful view of the beach/ocean, plus close to the pool. We loved that we had access to all 3 Villa Resorts and the amenities. We tried all the different restaurants and were very pleased. The unit was very clean and our maid service even made us a special towel design n the bed with rose petals on our last day. Jul 2017The pics don't do the views justice. Excellent unit and best in La Estancia! Minor issues that the TV wasn't working and the internet was out most of the stay. Was able to get the pool internet from the balcony which was fine for us. It would have been better if the tv and wifi worked but the unit and stay was still perfect and I would (and hope to) stay in this same unit again in a heartbeat. Read more

Villa has beautiful panoramic beach front views.
Room was clean and spacious.
Daily housekeeping staff, as well as the resort staff, were friendly, helpful, professional, and courteous.

We enjoyed being able to visit the other hotels as well and they were all a short walk from each other. The staff were very kind and accommodating. We have no complaints whatsoever and will return!! A bumpy check-in process, but they eventually figured it out. There is valet parking available if you have a car and on-site COVID testing. Feb 2020Our stay here was amazing! The location is fantastic. It is right on the beachfront with a full panoramic view of the ocean. Our mornings were spent on the balcony drinking coffee and enjoying the fabulous views and the peaceful sounds of the waves and the birds and also seeing whales everywhere. During the day we either took a short walk to town to do some shopping or we did horseback riding on the beach at sunset (amazing experience!) or fishing(also pretty cool). The room was great, it was peaceful, very comfortable, and super clean. The owner of this place is fantastic to work with. If you are going to Cabo, this is an excellent place to stay for sure! Feb 2019My husband & I stayed here for 4 days in January, with perfect mid 70 degree days & high 60 degree nights - ahhh, the warm sun on your face in January! We were welcomed to our condo by a delightful greeter complete with homemade guac, chips and wonderful margaritas. The condo & location were perfect for us. We love having a kitchenette & though this was small, it was all we needed - microwave, coffee maker (complete with coffee & a variety of tea) 2 burners & a small fridge plus nicely supplied with water & cokes. We had made a stop at the grocery on our way & really didn't need to, plus there is a small convenience store at the property next door. The pool area is quite lovely along with the 3 jacuzzi's - all with beachfront views & a wonderful swim-up bar. We went to the jacuzzi on our first night, it is next to a fire pit & we were the only ones there, a great ending to the day. The pool area is awesome, slightly heated pool but not hot & never very crowded, on Saturday afternoon we were the only ones there, a very pleasant surprise. The view from the room is breathtaking. A narrow balcony overlooks the beach & ocean while the other balcony complete with table/2 chairs & 2 lounge chairs has a perfect view of the pool/jacuzzi area plus the ocean. We loved sitting out on the balcony just soaking up the warm sun & people watching. You have all these views even laying in bed. A beautiful set-up... The bathroom has a lovely shower and a gorgeous jacuzzi tub which has an ocean view. The nice large granite double sinks & vanity area make it so nice when getting dressed plus I loved the make-up mirror. I noted that someone had mentioned in an earlier post that it would be nice to have a makeup mirror & large dressing mirrors. Obviously the owner took note and there was a very nice, lighted make up mirror plus 2 large floor mirrors on each side of the TV. The owner's attention to detail did not go unnoticed. This condo had all the conveniences to make for such a delightful & comfortable vacation. We will definitely be back, this was our first trip to Cabo but not our last! Read more

Dec 2021My husband and I took a quick 4 night getaway for my birthday and we could not have been more pleased with this unit! It has both ocean front and pool views, it is quiet and it is in the perfect location--easy walk on the beach to nearby restaurants or a quick cab/Uber ride to downtown and the marina. The personal concierge, Oscar, is so kind and helpful! He shopped for us and had the fridge stocked when we returned to the room! He also gave us great suggestions for local taco bars. The sound of the ocean waves from your bed everyday is just the definition of heaven 😍 also the bed is SO comfy!! Apr 2009First thing, we ended up with the 4th floor suite instead of the 2nd floor, but the layout and amenities were the same.
The property was very clean and well maintained, and bright and cheery upon entry! The entire corner was glass window/doors, with a view right up the coast to Lover's Beach... spectacular!
There was a mini fridge, coffee pot (with coffee and creamer and stuff), and a few glasses provided. There was only one mug there when we first arrived, but a second was promptly brought upon request. Unfortunately, there was only one power outlet to plug both the fridge and the coffee pot into... so you had to unlplug one to use the other. Also, the counter for all of the coffee and supplies was ridiculously small, and the shelf above it was so low you had to pull the coffee pot off the shelf to open it up to fill it. Quite annoying. There was also no desk for a computer.
Also, there happened to be some construction going on the ground floor just underneath our patio (the patio was awesome). It involved a truck motor running all day to power some drilling they were doing (which was so loud you could hear it with all the windows and doors closed). We tolerated this for a day, but when we asked the hotel how long the construction would be going on for, they told us the whole week we would be there. I emailed the property manager (Humberto) and let him know about it and to see if there was anywhere else we could be moved. Within 15 minutes he had called me back and was very apologetic and concerned for our happiness. Turns out he also owns the 2 bedroom suite that is next door, and allowed us to use that suite for the rest of the week. We could still hear the construction noise, but it was much more tolerable. And the suite came with a fully stocked kitchen (even some booze in the pantry)!
The restaurants at the hotel were just what is to be expected... a little pricey for the quality, but the service is wonderful and frankly I was happy to pay it. It was the same across all three Villa Hotels that are joined there. The downtown area is within walking distance and offers a variety of food options and activities as well.
We also used the gym every day which was also clean and tidy.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Humberto is a fantastic manager / owner who really wants you to enjoy your time there. I would suggest the 2 bedroom suite over the 1, however, for the kitchen and overall space. Read more

Dec 2021Fantastic property, right on the ocean. The unit was clean and accommodating and we loved the view. Best in the resort!! We were able to fall asleep to the sound of the waves. PS- great king size bed. Normally I’m picky on mattresses and I found myself in a deep sleep every night.
The resort was upscale and relaxing. While we ate outside the resort for the majority of our meals, we did try several restaurants with good quality/ reasonably priced for a resort. We also appreciated the location, about 1-1.5 miles to downtown. We’d walk every morning and often Uber for dinner. I felt very safe exploring the area.

Customer service was top notch, all staff was very friendly...Roberto was great at the pool and always made sure we were taken care of. Our room view was breathtaking and you could hear the waves crashing all night. The resort grounds were gorgeous and constantly being maintained and cleaned.
