Maggie Valley -Smokey Mountains
Wonderful location - so much to do in this area. The property was very spacious and well furnished. It would have been nice to have four rocking chairs on the porch and maybe a small table as well for morning coffee and evening snacks. We love North Carolina and enjoyed discovering this location and hope to return soon as there are more trails to hike, breweries to visit and music to hear. Highly recommend for families. Read more

Resort Feel with great cabin, groundskeeping, and relaxing pond with fountains
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property. Good communication from property owner. Picked up keys in after hours box without issue. Cabin had space for us to spread out and was just so charming. Loved the covered back porch overlooking the pond and fountains. Great for relaxing with rocking chairs and keeping tubea and outdoor gear outside but nearby. Property on Johnathan's creek. We never caught anything but had fun tubing and the kids getting wet. Not far off of soco rd and we took day trips to Cherokee, Asheville, and Pigsah National Park with ease. Kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. Dollar General close by and Walmart in Waynesville for shopping. Everything was clean and ready for us on arrival. We made good use of the washer/dryer with clothes and swimwear from hiking, creeks, and waterfalls. We were talking about a next visit before we had even finished the one we were on! Only two points of improvement. One was no onsite garbage handling. Great instructions to two nearby sites. Not something you want to have to think about on vacation, but common for the properties in the area. The only other point was some of the directions/policies for use. Some things in the welcome packet seemed to be contrdictory to documents posted in the cabin. I think there was a property management change that they are still working through. I want to emphasize that these were small things and did not impact our wonderful time at this property. This was our first VRBO and the management company went above and beyond for us. They answered my questions about fees when booking. Additionally, I didn't see that homeaway charged a fee in addition to the property. The company replied about the homeaway fee even though understanding that was my responsibility. Security deposit refunded timely. Just a great experience! Read more

Great place to stay
This is a wonderful place to stay in Maggie Valley. Very easy access to everything we wanted to do and time spent on the back porch so relaxing. The cabin was pristine, as is the landscaping and area around the cabins. We had an issue with our air conditioning that was taken care of quickly. I think the management group provided great service dealing with our after hours check-in and the A/C. We definitely recommend this rental and will be renting from them again. Read more
