No amplified music 24/7 - Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m. - Noisy outdoor activities are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations - Trash needs to be taken to a local

Jul 2020We would love to stay at this property again. It was a perfect size for our family. The property was clean and "homey." It had everything we needed (a fan for the master would be great in the future). Other than that it was fantastic. Thank you for allowing us to stay. Read more

Mar 2019We enjoyed our time in big bear, but there were a lot of things with the property that could of been done to make the stay more enjoyable. The towels in the bathroom were paper thin, not to mention could hardly wrap around my 40 pound six year old son. The comforter covers in the bedrooms had stains on them and the blinds hardly closed. Every time a car drove by at night the whole room lit up and the thin curtains provided no help or closed all the way. I’m the kitchen the pots and pans were terrible and there wasn’t even a spatula to flip eggs when cooking in the morning. I had to use the giant metal spatula for the bbq to turn over the eggs which was a challenge. The cleaning crew has not been doing a good job checking how previous people have left the house because the pots and pans were dirty, along with most of the silverware. I had to wash all the silverware because it had dried food left on it. In the couch cushions there was a bunch of stuff in the couch that the cleaning crew should of vacuumed up. There were TONS of BIG crumbs and whatnot in the cushions. My my six year old sons foot went between the cushions and he even pulled out a lighter that was in between the cushions! We had a lot of rain during our short stay, and most of the tv channels didn’t have sound to them.
What we did like about the property was they had a great deck in the front for my kids to play in the snow. There was a great driveway that we sledded down all morning and was perfect for building snow men. The heater worked great also. The check in and out process was very easy also. Read more

Aug 2018Simple, basic accommodations. Nothing fancy but has most everything you need and not far from town. This place is great for dogs, it has an enclosed back area and walking access to the lake.
During our stay the wi-fi was not working. The property management company tried to troubleshoot but it wasn't a hardware problem. They contacted the cable company and the wi-fi service had been shut off by the owner. Beware if this is an important feature for you.

Very easy drive into the Village area, and walking distance to the water, but lake level is so low there isn't any water where the map shows it to be. Easy to fit two cars in driveway. Jul 2018I wanted to surprise my gf with a birthday vacation. I found this awesome pet friendly cabin in Big Bear. Altitude Adjustment and it did just that. We adjusted to 3 days of relaxation with our fur baby and Mother Natute. Would definitely go back. Winter would be beautiful. Total recommended the property. Mar 2018Cabin was just as listed. Perfect!! Very cozy. Wife and I slept in front of the fire place every night. The barbecue was very nice as well as the fenced in yard for our little one. Location was very close to the village and lake. We had nice walks through the neighborhood and enjoyed the snow. We would stay here again!! Read more
