For guests of the property, free private parking can be provided in Springdale, the bordering town of Zion National Park's main southern entrance.
There are plenty of other activities that surround the area as well! From the house, you will be 3 hours from the North Ridge of The Grand Canyon, 2.5 hours from Bryce Canyon, 2 hours from Lake Powell and Antelope Canyon, and only 2 hours from Las Vegas.

May 2019We stayed at this property over Memorial Day weekend and received great advice from the home owner on places to hike to avoid the crowds. We had a nice welcome bowl of fruit and the kitchen and house had all the essentials for a great stay. It was really nice to have the living space of a home with our family of five to have more time together compared to two hotel rooms. We met with the property owner easily and she was very responsive to text and email! Highly recommend if you don't mind being right in Springdale which was less than 30 minutes away. Read more

The house was fully stocked with everything we needed, we just brought some groceries. Everything in the house was extremely clean. The host was the nicest host I’ve ever had. Super helpful and nice. Jan 2019This comfortable, cozy house has a great floor plan; it is immaculate,, and will meet your every need. After our long drive from San Diego, Sunny greeted us with baked goods for the Christmas Holiday, and a bowl of fresh fruit. In addition to being a warm, gracious hostess, she gave us excellent information and advice. The government shutdown started the day before we arrived, and we were worried it would ruin our vacation. But Sunny supplied us with invaluable information regarding Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, and other activities in the area. She knew exactly what services and amenities were available to us during the shutdown, and printed the weather for the duration of our stay, and she marked off which hikes she recommended, and which were closed. From the moment we met Sunny, we knew our vacation was off to a great start. She was very approachable, and reachable if we had any questions. The house is located 27 minutes away from Zion National Park, and it is a scenic drive there. It is in a peaceful neighborhood, near a large grocery store, and close to Springdale, which has great restaurants, and is on the way to Zion. We had a wonderful time reconnecting with nature at Zion, and playing in the snow. We definitely recommend this home; we loved our stay! Read more

Quiet neighborhood on the road to beautiful Zion National Park. Full service grocery & hardware store a couple blocks away. Great mountain bike trails close by, with amazing views. Sep 2018Our host, Sunny, is a wonderful ambassador for Zion and the area. She was very accommodating and informative. She gave really helpful advice upon arrival that allowed us to maximize our short time in the area.
The house was absolutely immaculate! This is an extremely clean and comfortable space with all of the necessary supplies and amenities for a short or long-term stay. Sunny has everything covered! Do not hesitate to book this place if you're worried about cleanliness or comfort - its perfect. It is a deceivingly large open space with big closets and comfortable furniture in great condition.
There is a large grocery store around the corner with everything. We walked there in 5 minutes and drove in about 30 seconds. Charming coffee place is a block away as well. The neighbourhood is very quiet with almost no street traffic nearby.
Zion National Park and the canyon lands are a short drive (20-25 minutes). Sunny was easily reachable at all times.

We loved the quiet neighborhood verses a crowded and loud motel or hotel environment. Sunny was prompt in communicating with us as we made plans, and met us at the house when we arrived. Nov 2019Even with the pictures and description, this place far exceeded our expectations. It was great, absolutely great! Very spacious, clean and lots of things we loved, including parking for me and my sisters car, washer and dryer, dafe and quiet neighborhood, spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, close to a grocery store and Zion and local places maps and info. Me and my sister both have young families of 3 (my son is 3 and his daughter is 7months) and we found this place perfect! It was especially nice being practically walking distance to a great coffee shop and a Davis grocery store. We are looking forward to the next time we can come out to stay here again.
