Situated in goleta, this attractive entire house for £623 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Taxes might seem high but that is because I've added taxes, cleaning fees and a portion of the daily rate to the taxes category to avoid the high fees this site charges on daily rates. I understand why it can be confusing but please compare our total cost with what you find on this site and I'll bet that our total cost is very competitive compared to other listings.
Guidelines on the CDC's website on 'How to Clean and Disinfect' are being followed. We are disinfecting the house using EPA-approved disinfectants against COVID-19. House is unoccupied for upto 5 days after check-out.
You will feel at home here with recently upgraded hardwood floors, open kitchen & dining room and modern decor. Easily sleeps 10 and is within minutes to UCSB, Beach, Golf Course, Movie Theaters and Top Restaurants.
The interior is very warm and inviting with it's wood floors, comfortable furnishings and cozy beds. A very functional and modern well stocked kitchen which is perfect for cooking and entertaining . The house consists of four bedrooms each consisting of a queen bed. In addition, the living room has a queen futon sofa which can also be converted to a flat bed. Atleast 3 cars can be parked on the driveway and plenty of free street parking is available as well.

As a guest you will have access to everything in the house except for a room in garage Laundry facilities in garage are off limits unless its a 3 day booking.

Self Check-in using keys from lockbox. I will communicate the password of the lockbox a day before your arrival.
Neighborhood overview
Ideally located near 101 freeway. Close to Camino Real shopping center and Bella Vista park. Just 2 miles from UCSB. Very quiet and safe neighborhood.
Other things to note
There is no Air Conditioner in this home. Santa Barbara is a coastal community and it doesn't usually get too hot to require an AC but some days can get uncomfortable. There will be fans provided in all rooms during summers. Read more

Oct 2021We stayed at the house over a long weekend in October. We were in Santa Barbara for a family wedding, so this was a great place for my family, my brother in law and my mother and father in law to stay in. Everyone had a room and there was still extra space to have even more people sleep over. The property was super clean and had everything that we needed to get through the weekend. The kitchen was set up perfectly for my mother in law to make us some home cooked meals. The house was about 20 minutes from downtown Santa Barbara, about 15 minutes from the beach and close to 101. Everything we needed. There was one minor issue that we had with one of the bedrooms, but the owner was really responsive and helped us resolve the issue.
If you are ever in need of a long term place to crash in Santa Barbara, this house should be on your list. Its cheaper than a hotel and more spacious and cozy. Read more

Jul 2021We really enjoyed the stay at this spacious and quiet location. The area has good walking trails which we enjoyed. The kitchen has plenty of space for use. Our dog had enjoyed the backyard for running.

The only thing I had a hard time with was that it was stuffy and hot in the house. There are fans everywhere and we had to open the windows which provided a little relief, but still felt hot. Even with that said, I would recommend and definitely stay here again. Read more

Aug 2021This is a really good home to stay. Neighbors are good. We end up with one tortoise the day we were leaving. Neighbour came out and stayed with him to make sure it is taken care of. We enjoyed staying. However, should have been more cleaner. Dust was found under rug. Also, doors of bedroom and bath needs to be fixed. To tight and locks up. My teenagers complained at first about the home only having one TV, BUT at the end, ended up spending more time together with us, so a big win! The house was in a convenient location (close to target, the airport, and a short drive away from downtown restaurants).
The house did sleep 12 women fairly comfortably with 4 beds, 4 couches, and 1 inflatable mattress. It might be a good idea to bring additional air mattresses if your group is this large because the beds are a little small for 2 people to share. The other to be mindful of might be that there are only 2 bathrooms for a house that sleeps up to 12. Read more
