LIVING SPACE - Spacious 2041+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fans, dining table, counter seating, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 3 bath. Downstairs master bedroom has a king bed, TV with Roku, DVD player, and private bath. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed, TV with Roku, and DVD player. Upstairs third bedroom has a double/double bunk bed, TV with Roku, and DVD player. Living room with sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Full kitchen with a stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spice rack, and more.

No parking in street or yard - Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
No amplified music 24/7 - Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m. - Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Take your furry friend with you - Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly!
Take trash to dumpster locations - Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations: 41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.
Fines - The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.

Apr 2021We had a great Spring vacation with the kids. The Cabin was very close to town and had plenty of space for our family. Hot tub was great as was the pool table room. The cabin was stocked with all kinds of art and amenities. Very spacious cabin with a warm rustic feel. Read more

Jul 2020This was the perfect place for a short break away before school starts up again. The property was accurately described and is perfectly situated. There is a wonderfully eclectic art collection, if you are into that. The hot tub and the pool table were big hits. The only down side was that the propane tank for the barbecue was empty. We didn't check it beforehand, and by the time we did, it was at the end of a long day. We just ended up getting takeout (from the only Chinese restuarant in town - save for money, it was awful). Big Bear cool cabins found us a change of cabin for the same price, and my son was able to check in without me present as the person Whose name is under reservation. Jan 2022Excellent place to stay. It's an older cottage with obvious add-on rooms that make for an interesting floor plan. The downside is that it's a bit drafty, with cold air coming in. However, with plug-in heaters going, it was fine. Also, the renting company should think about offering nicer towels. The ones we had were quite thin. Other than that, it was a great venue. Read more
