Jun 2019Words cannot express enough how much my stay at this property was such a WONDERFUL experience!!! My family took our first family vacation to Florida this year. We live in North Carolina and the drive was a bit exhausting for our first long distance drive. Arriving at this luxurious place was well worth it. The online advertisement is EXACTLY what we got! BEAUTIFUL AND CLEAN!!!! I truly felt home away from home. The check in and check out process was as simple as 1, 2, 3!!!! It was close to everything!!! Disney World, Disney Springs, and shopping centers!!! The security staff was nice and friendly and treated us as if we were actual tenants. I loved the clubhouse amenities and the quietness of the neighborhood. My stay there is making me look for another time to come and book this same location. This was my first time doing a vrbo and I was very skeptical and reluctant. But this was the best and safest choice ever!!! I can't thank the owners, management, and staff enough. Someone may want to know my complaints. Well....I don't have any! The bed in the master was simply love...It was hard to get out of bed it was so comfortable. I haven't slept like that in a long time.
Please use this home...YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

Jan 2020We were sad to see that our condo hadn’t been touched by cleaning service at our 4p check in. Unsure if they were going to come, we spent our first few hours stripping beds and taking out the previous person’s trash. After an email to Dream Vacations, they called and told me cleaning crews would arrive shortly. 6p they came and were in and out in 15 minutes. May 2017We stayed at this location in early April over spring break. The unit was lovely and the gated community was clean and very nice. The bedrooms were really big and the unit was well stocked and very clean. It is not too far from Disney and golf. The only down side was that it is supposed to take two weeks from the check out date to get your deposit refunded. It took us over a month and after several requests. I am not sure if this was a HomeAway issue or the because of property owner. Read more

Mar 2017We gave it 4 stars because the front door was facing a swamp. This unit was very clean. We had everything we needed for the week. Beds were comfortable. For once my family of 6 all got a bed to sleep on. It did seem like for a family of 6, we didn't have enough hot water. After 2nd shower it was losing its warmth. We compensated and did 3 at night and 3 in morning. Overall very happy with our choice!! Liked the modern decor too! Read more

Jan 2017We arrived late at night and were able to enter the property very easily as instructed by the owner. The townhouse was very clean, and smelled great. Tons of different kitchen stuff to use, i.e. coffee makers, pots, pans, dishes, utensils etc.... Laundry in unit was newish and clean as well. All beds were also very comfortable and was a great fit for 4 small kids and 3 adults. I would definitely recommend this property, as would I stay here again. Thank you! Read more

Feb 2021This was a nice unit . Recently updated appliances and was fully stocked with the essentials. The rooms are very good size and the decor is very nice.The community was great and the staff here was friendly. Shopping was very convenient for anyone's needs.
A few concerns:
1. The shower in the master bathroom is a very high step due to it being part of the jetted tub. I found it hard to get in and out of. I used the shower on the 2nd level which is a standard shower tub configuration.
2. The internet access is very spotty. The signal seems to drop and is somewhat annoying to watch TV.
3. The road outside the main gate (Hogeland Rd) is very busy Especially in the afternoon starting around 3PM! Very hard to get in & out of the property. Read more

Jun 2021This property is clean, well decorated and completely stocked with everything you need. We are a family of six, two adults and four children from age 10-18. We were very comfortable In this property. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and store left overs. There were ample, fluffy towels, the beds were all comfortable. The carpet was new.
The first day we arrived, we noticed that there was an issue with the air conditioning upstairs. We sent a message and it was taken care of very quickly and the management kept us up to date during the whole process.
We enjoyed the two pools that were very close.
It took us 20 minutes to drive to Disney Parks and 35 minutes to get to Universal.
We would highly recommend this property. Read more

Apr 2022This is a beautiful complex with a strong sense of community around pool and public areas. Unit was as advertised with prompt reply from owner on minor issue. One pet peeve is that the check-in process at gate needs to be updated. Any return to entrance or visit by guests is met with long lineups and manual registrations and check-ins...too slow and cumbersome. Perhaps some computerization of guest arrivals would speed it up? A wide array of restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping areas were very close. The property management was very responsive to any concerns I had. I would certainly consider returning in the future. Jan 2018THE TOWNHOUSE WAS CLEAN AND NICE. I WOULD HAVE GIVEN 5 STARS BUT THE CLEANING FEE SEEMS EXCESSIVE.. BUT I DO KNOW THAT PEOPLE PROBABLY LEFT THE PLACE A MESS IN THE PASSED AND THAT WHAT MAKES THE CLEANING FEE WHAT IT IS... THE MAJOR ISSUE IS THAT WHEN YOU BOOK A PLACE THAT SAYS IT 90 A DAY ONLY TO FIND OUT ONCE YOU HAVE CHOSEN TO STAY THAT THERE IS A 90 CLEANING FEE, A 25 SERVICE FEE (WHATEVER THAT IS) IS BAIT AND SWITCH.. MY RECOMMENDATION TO MANAGEMENT IS TO INCREASE YOUR DAILY RATE AND GET RID OF THE HIDDEN CHARGES. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO STAY TO MY FRIENDS! Read more

May 2022The property is very nice, well supplied and the beds were comfortable. Security is tight but the staff were all very nice and friendly. It is close to both Disney and Universal. Only small complaint is the maids aren’t dusting anything. There was an inch of dust in the table centerpiece. It is very quiet and you don’t here any one around you. Thanks for a great stay! Jul 2017The manager contact me after i left and acusse me that I broke The ironing table, and it was already damage when I got in to the house it was open in the middle of the closet and it couldn't be closed. And said that The comforts where dirty, I assume they never wash them because one day before I left the cleaning lady contacted me and asked me if I could leave earlier because she has to clean and told me that she wouldn't wash the comforts, that clean this house is! There were A lot of cucarachas, the bathtub wasn't working well, the same with the handwash. The same with de mattress pad that I remove because it was disgusting sleep on it.
They got mad because I moved a few vases around because they have a lot and told that they won't give me the deposit because they Had an additional charge for cleaning when they already charged you with a cleaning fee.
Also this house is not for 8 people y just for 7.
The air conditioner wasn't working well and they took 2 days to fix it. I hope they use my deposit to fix this house because It is falling down.

Apr 2018Overall, the stay was okay. We normally stay on I drive but a last minute booking left limited affordable options so we decided to give this one a try. Will not stay here again but will list our pros and cons and let other visitors make the decision for themselves.
Pros:
- Value. Can’t really beat the price for a place like this.
- Unit is as pictured.
- Rooms are very large (we fit two pack n plays in the room with the bunk beds)
- Many kitchen supplies and appliances -good for those who will be cooking. Above normal dishwear and glasses, there were storage containers and small appliances. Plenty of dish soap and dishwasher liquid.
- Plenty of towels as well as pool noodles and a folding chair.
- The resort grounds are well kept. You are one building away from a park with grills and secondary pool. Security is present.
- There is cable television in each room -not just Hulu/Netflix (great for husband who didn’t want to miss March Madness).
- Management was friendly and addressed all issues professionally.
Cons:
- The unit is in the back of a building and two steps away from a swampy area.
- Unit decorations are seriously dated. Dust accumulation in light fixtures, stained curtains, dated window coverings, cabinets in need of repair/replacement, trash can missing lid and bags do not fit, and exterior fence needs repair. Window coverings also do not cover windows entirely so prepare to wake with the sun..
- Information in vrbo is very limited. Seems very simple to update the profile but leaves you searching emails for simple information like contact info and check in instructions.
- Lockbox key code provided far in advance. Is this changed? Doesn’t seem very secure.
- Cleaning was only okay. Many areas were still dusty and inside of shower curtains had stains.
- ground floor is very cluttered with large furniture (dinning) and it is impossible to maneuver between bar stools and table/chairs. It was impossible to actually sit 7 to eat together, we had to utilize living area.
Overall a decent place to stay if you’re looking for affordability. Def not luxury or anything. Read more

Apr 2022Our family of 6 booked this rental for 9 days and had no regrets. The unit is as advertised, complex is beautiful and safe. We saw security all around the general areas. I observed the comments of other renters however we had no issue registering on arrival, perhaps because we arrived around 11 pm, but the security was courteous and completed the registration within 5 mins, if that long. The key is to print your booking information ahead of time. We also didn't have any issues each time we returned, we kept the gate pass on the dash and proceeded quickly each time.
My only negative which isn't a big deal, we observed a lady hovering around our unit on check out day, check out is at 11, we had an early flight and was ready to leave by 9:30, my nephew observed her scoping out the unit whilst waiting for a LYFT driver given we needed additional transportation to the airport - we stood at the walkway and there she was, passing my husband and I to enter the unit at 10:00am. Jun 2019Never having used a VRBO rental, I was antsy about how the experience would be. Would we get what we saw online? Would we be nickeled and dimed over the expressed cost? Would it be a good experience?
It was a great experience. The place was everything advertised. The charges were upfront. The only two problems we had was communication on the check-in process and a smoke detector that kept chirping because it needs a new battery (and it's on a 12 foot ceiling so we could not reach it).
The communication issue was simply my check-in process was being emailed incorrectly, and when it was emailed correctly to my email, only the first 6 steps would show in my browser so I thought that's all there was. We finally enabled it to expand and saw there were like 3 times that many steps in the instructions which included the 4 digit pin to retrieve the key that we had not been able to see before. The second issue was that the unit number was buried in small type in the opening paragraph before the numbered check-in process began, which made it hard to locate quickly when sitting at the guard shack to gain admittance. Both of these were user error as much as anything, but a little more simplicity in an instruction document would be a plus.
Overall, outside of a first-time booker's leeriness and failure to find certain information easily and quickly, it was a good stay for our families needs.

The condo was disappointing since it was soooooo dirty!!! The master bedroom bed needed to be fixed.
The home manager wasnt very happy about our complains alrhough we have sent her pictures about how dirty the house was, but then she cooperated by sending the cleaning lady and ordering what was needed for the bed. We stayed after that for another 2 weeks but the bed never got fixed.

Jul 2019Beautiful place and very safe for a family traveling with kids. The only downside is that if you are traveling with a car with any type of stickers or advertising, you will not be allowed to park at the property. We drove from Ohio to Florida in my husband's company car which is very spacious and comfortable when traveling with kids , we had to go every night to a nearby parking lot to leave our car overnight and pick it up every morning, I believe it shouldn't be like that, we are not coming here to advertise or businesses whatsoever, we came to have fun and take our kids to the parks , it doesn't make much sense to me.
