With 3000 sq. ft of living space, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a state-of-the-art kitchen, an open Kitchen/Dining plan ,and central air, you will find everything you need for a vacation getaway. There is also a separate 1 bdrm/1bath cottage available if you need private quarters for guests. Whether you are visiting for a special occasion or just taking some well-deserved vacation time with family, this property will meet all of your needs. Quiet, yet located close enough to amenities, most everything is either a quick walk, bike or car ride. The house is located a mere 3-5 minute walk to Easton’s Beach. Grab the wagon for your gear and you will be relaxing in no time on Easton’s Beach. If it is Sachuest Beach or a quieter “3rd” Beach you prefer both are a 2-3 minute car ride. And of course for the more adventurous you can ride your bikes to any or all beaches. Jan 2018We stayed at this house with a group of 5 couples and had the most wonderful weekend! The house is beautiful as described, super spacious, with many amenities and updated appliances and furnishings. Very close to all the splendors of Newport and right by the ocean. Our communication with Madeline was so easy and she was very helpful - getting us an iron when we needed one, shoveling and salting the driveway after it snowed, and leaving wine and New Years Eve horns for our celebrations. We had a large group coming to stay, but half ended up heading home rather than spending the night so we didn't get to use the separate cottage. Jul 2021We have stayed at many properties and this home was by far the cleanest. The home had plenty of room for all of us and the front porch and balconies overlooking the water were spectacular. The location made for an easy walk to the beach and to the cliff walk. We also enjoyed walks in the beautiful neighborhood. Madeline was easy to reach and quick to respond when the internet went out . We highly recommend this property and will absolutely stay here again. Read more

We walked to the cliff walk from the house and it was about a 10 minute drive to downtown Newport! The house was more than spacious for the 11 of us. We loved the open kitchen and dining room where we cooked breakfast and hung out. The neighborhood is great too! Highly recommend! Read more

Aug 2020This property has beautiful views on all floors. It is spacious and excellent for a large family or groups. The master suite on the third floor has a lovely sitting room overlooking the water as does one of the bedrooms on the second floor. The owners stocked the house with everything you could think of to enjoy a week at the beach including beach chairs, umbrellas, a buggy to walk to the beach as well as games. It is an 11 minute walk to a part of First Beach and thirty minute walk (8 minute) bike ride to Second Beach.
The decor is nice but dated and the bed in the master suite is incredibly soft. The TV downstairs did not work. Madeline was responsive and offered to come see what was wrong but we declined to limit people in the house due to Covid.
Overall it’s a great property for large groups of people who want to have separation and have a great view of the water. Read more

We had plenty of space for everyone (8 of us) as well as a beautiful yard and nice view of the water. Madeline was wonderful to work with! In fact, one member of our party lost his wallet. We thought perhaps he had lost it in an uber but I asked Madeline to keep an eye out for it. She found it, and mailed it back to us immediately. There was a strong smell in the house and cottage - possibly polyurethane or maybe just really needed to be aired out after the winter! We were there for a girl's weekend and the house could not have been more perfect for our group and for the location. The house was VERY clean and there was plenty of space for each guest. It was a short walk to Easton's beach and a perfect location to the downtown area. Madeline was easy to communicate with and very accommodating.
