Located in Mangakino, this attractive entire house for £105 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Large 4 bedroom house with expansive views of Lake Maraetai, golf course and reserve from the living area. Massive deck that flows down to the reserve which borders two sides of the section, so it feels like your own large space.
Fully insulated and double glazed with a heat pump. Newly carpeted throughout.
Located in a quiet culdesac with loads of space to play on both the section and reserve.
Fully setup house with BBQ, washing machine, electric frypan, microwave, fridge freezer etc. Freeview TV, DVD, stereo (CD player + 3.5mm input for MP3 players) - please note that there is no WiFi at this house (but the cellular reception is good).
Pillows, duvets and blankets provided, please bring your own linen (linen can be provided at an extra cost if required). Guests are expected to clean before they leave, optional cleaning $90 per stay.
This house is regularly Meth tested for your peace of mind.
Lake Maraetai at your doorstep (fishing, skiing and wakeboarding).
M-I-A wakeboard/waterski/barefooting coaching available in Mangakino.
Bus Stop Cafe at the lake (great coffee and food).
Golf course just below the house.
Motocross track a few kilometres away. Close to Waikato River Trails (can walk/bike from the house to Whakamaru along the edge of the river without being on the road).
35mins to Taupo, 1 hour to Rotorua, 1 1/2 hours to skifields.

Jan 2022We loved our stay in Mangakino. The property had an awesome location, looking out over the golf course, hills and lake. Awesome deck with BBQ and everything you need. Air con was a plus in the summer heat. Property could have been cleaner on our arrival, but other then that was great. Would stay again and recommend to others. Read more

Jul 2020The location of the house is awesome. It has a good view. Upon check-in to the place, found that the house is so dusty, so we have cleaned first before enjoying it. TBH the house needs to have a deep clean. The place is recommended for a group. Read more

Mar 2021The instructions on how to find the house were great and despite this we drove past it twice [and so did our family who came later.] Perhaps number on gate would help. Shower temp was hard to find as no indication of which way was hot, and it took ages of running before warm water came on. Despite this, thank you for a great weekend, The beds were comfortable and cosy. and the view outstanding. The men wanted Sky to watch sports and the rest would have liked to watch a film or two. May 2022loved our stay.. beautiful view from the deck of the golf course and lake. very clean and tidy and beds were super comfy. extra mattress under the bed came in handy. Only advise I would give is maybe put the toilet paper in the linen cupboard where the vacuum is. we brought our own thinking there was nothing only to find a pack under one of the beds on the last day.
