Situated in Marco Island, this charming entire house for £340 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Under new ownership, this beach house is less than a five minute walk to the beach access to Crystal Beach. This is very close to the JW Marriott, and is an uncrowded part of the beach. It is so close that you can walk home for lunch!
The house has been renovated with a granite kitchen and bathrooms. The house has 3 bedrooms with a king, queen and twins. There are three tv's and three dvd players.
The lanai is quite large and the pool has salt water filtration. Best of all, it is southwest facing so you will get sun late morning and all afternoon! There is a gas grill for your cooking pleasure. There are empty lots on each side of the property which will give you less noise and added privacy.
There is a washer and dryer. Beach cart, chairs, umbrella, beach towels, etc are available for your use. Return from a day at the beach and enjoy the outside shower!

Aug 2017What a great stay with a fantastic location. This beach house exceeded all expectations in meeting our needs during our stay. Its closeness to the beach and restaurants were a huge plus and coming back to the pool after a long day of activities made us appreciate it even more. Denise and Paul were top notch to work with being very responsive from the beginning of the booking process. They even helped us by recommending things to do and favorite restaurants. Jul 2018We were in Marco for a wedding at the JW Marriott- the location of this house couldn’t be beat! I walked back and forth several times throughout the week, quick and easy. Unlike some pet friendly rentals, the home was also very clean and free of odors. Denise was very helpful before our stay (it was our first time using home away). We're a family of 5 and the house had plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen and bathrooms were very nice, and looks like they'd been recently updated. Bedrooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. Great pool, loved eating on the lanais. Easy 5 minute walk to the beach, which had spectacular sand and seashells. We'll definitely be back! Read more

Aug 2018We just spent 6 days in Denise’s lovely home. Everything we needed was provided and Denise answered any queries we had promptly. She gave excellent advice on restaurants and things to do. The children loved the pool and spent hours cooling down in it. The public access to the beach is a 5 minute walk, we timed it! We used the trolley to carry the chairs, umbrella and cool box, which were provided, to the beach each day. Overall, a great house with all the comforts of home. Read more

Mar 2021We had an enjoyable experience. The house is in walking distance to the beach. The owner provided beach chairs, beach umbrella, and caddy which made trips to the beach easier. The kids loved the pool at the end of the beach day. The lanai is large with lots of seating, which worked out perfectly for us to host some local family for dinner. There were also bikes, which was nice to get around. As far as Marco Island, parking is an issue, so having bikes was a nice was to get around. The AC unit went out and the owner was very prompt in handling the issue, resolving it that day. Overall, it was a great experience and I would return here. Read more

Jun 2022Thoroughly enjoyed this property. Owner was extremely responsive to questions and when communicated that ceiling fan did not work the owner had it repaired quickly. The house was perfect for 4 adults and 2 toddlers. Lanai and pool were fantastic, plenty of chairs around pool. Beach access and supplies (wagon, toys, cart, umbrella, boogie board, chairs, and more were great. Kitchen was well stocked with most necessities. We cooked often on grill. Like the other reviews mentioned, it's literally only a 5 minute walk to the central public beach boardwalk. We did end up driving and parking in the south beach public access parking lot as well as the north (tiger tail) beach a few times, for something different. The owner (Denise) was very prompt in replying to all my questions, whether it was through email or text. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this place. The house is equipped with absolutely everything we needed for the beach. An ideal location—so close to the beach, but on a quiet, secluded lot. May 2022My husband and I had a wonderful time at this property. We are in our seventys, and the location was such an easy walk to the beach. The home was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything that you would need including lots of towels and beach towels. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, cart, and bikes. The pool was comfortably heated and so relaxing. The owners, Denise and Paul, met us at the house and went over all of the instructions which set us at ease. Jun 2019My family and I had a wonderful vacation at this property and are looking forward to a return trip in the future. Denise was extremely easy to work with and very concerned with making sure we had a great time. The layout of the house was really nice and afforded privacy for our kids and I really enjoyed reading in the sitting area in the master bedroom when we weren’t outside. The pool got an A+ from the entire family and was a highlight of the week for the kids. They especially loved the pool lights that change color at night and the big flamingo float! As other reviewers have noted, the house is immaculately clean. Additionally, the beach access directly across Collier is not being exaggerated either. You basically can’t get any closer and still be in a private residence. The location is very convenient to the Winn-Dixie, several ice cream shops and anything else that you could need.
