Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this lovely entire house for £460 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Custom home built in 2002 offers an open, bright floor plan, well stocked kitchen, fenced yard and expansive decks. Located on the preferred side of the canal so the rear decks receive afternoon shade. With five bedrooms (two of which are Masters with King beds) and five full baths there is bed space for 12 people. WIFI, hammock, Weber charcoal grill, gas grill, and more.
Two Kings, One Queen, Bunk bed with Twin & Double bed, One other Twin and one Double. PLEASE NOTE: Sheets, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, etc. are not included and must be provided by Guest. See Rental Agreement attachment for details. Rental linens & towels are available to rent through several companies on the island.
Check-in is 2pm or later. Check-out is 10am.
Located on a deep-water, concrete canal you can enjoy views of the canal and Intracoastal Waterway. Direct access to the ICW and a dock with freshwater wash down makes boating a pleasure. Even if you don’t have a boat everyone enjoys fishing, crabbing and swimming in the canal.
Cable TV, Stereo, Ceiling Fans in Each Bedroom, Whirlpool Tub in Upstairs Master bath, DW, Microwave, Blender, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Outdoor Shower & Two freshwater wash downs, Washer & Dryer in Dedicated Laundry Room. Please note the fireplace is not operable. There are no gas appliances in the home due to safety concerns.
We require a signed rental agreement prior to your stay. No house parties, Spring Break events or other large gatherings are allowed. House is monitored by on-island staff and a violation will automatically terminate your stay.

Jun 2018The house was well equipped and an easy walk to the beach. We loved being on the canal and sitting on the back deck. It was a great family vacation. The only thing missing was a chair or two on the front porch for the morning as the back deck got the full morning sun. Tad was very responsive with resolving the only issue we had (ants in the kitchen). It was taken care of within a few hours.

Jul 2018Home is very worn...bedding needs replacement, bed coverings very worn out..many floor tiles broken, carpet dirty, stains on sofas, mildew on outside surfaces....all gates need repair...Found many lg. Roaches in garage...and even in 1st floor bedroom!
House plan is great and spacious..kitchen is well equipped, but owner has not thrown out the old stuff...like scratched fry pans,etc.. lots of room and furniture on porches.. green grass in back yard is only nice thing I can comment on! Other photos of home are surely10 years old..

Sep 2018Although we had to leave a couple days early because of Hurricane Florence, the 3 days we did spend in OIB were just beautiful. This home was all we expected and more!
Well stocked and neat as a pin, beautifully decorated, comfortable
furnishings , everything you could ask for. The beach is a short 5 minute walk. The real attraction here though, is the back of the home.
Outstanding decks overlooking a manicured back yard, leading to ....
the dock! I was able to get my boat in for a day before we had to leave, and I am glad I did!
The whole process was super easy, from check in to Tad staying in
touchwith me,providing weather and evacuation information and instructions.
I highly recommend this beautiful home and will definitely be back!
