Mar 2019We spent 6 weeks in Austin visiting family. We found the house clean and convenient to major freeways, grocery stores, etc. We had one minor issue with the microwave while we were there, which Kevin addressed and fixed the same day. There was also an enclosed back yard for our dog. Read more

Nov 2021We arrived Wednesday before Thanksgiving. The house was ready early and Kevin was generous enough to let us in 2 hours early. The house was very nice and perfect for the family to all meet for Thanksgiving. Location was centrally located for all. Nov 2019This property was just what I was looking for during my month-long stay in Austin. My two priorities were a very quiet property, and a good kitchen. This house delivered on both.
It's quite convenient to both MoPac and I35 - so while it's pretty far north of downtown, it's easy to get around.
The owner is friendly and responsive. If you have work in North Austin, I'd recommend it. Read more

Jun 2018This is advertised as a 3-bedroom house...we assumed 3 beds...nothing in the description that says that the blow-up mattress is one of the beds. And the mattress had a leak. We weren't happy about that surprise. Also, no hair dryer...would have been helpful.

Dec 2018This house felt like a home away from home, staying 2 weeks. It was perfect. The house was very clean and fully furnished. It was very quiet. Kevin was great. He checked in with us to make sure everything was ok. He was always available. The location was perfect. It was close to stores and restaurants. Most importantly, we were only 15 minutes to our daughter and new grandbaby, who was born the day after we arrived on Thanksgiving. We will definitely be back. Read more

Jul 2021This home was perfect for our visit (four adults) to the Austin area for a friend's wedding. It was located in a quiet neighborhood but convenient to shopping and highway access. It was clean, had everything we needed (and more!) and provided a comfortable, relaxing spot to return to after busy days exploring the area. Owner Kevin was absolutely wonderful to work with; he promptly responded to our questions and went out of his way to make our stay a good one. I'm very picky and always a little nervous about staying somewhere I haven't seen first, but I should not have worried. This home was better than the description/pictures and definitely clean. Oct 2021The house was very clean when we arrived and everything was as expected. We spent a lot of time on the back porch where there were tables and chairs set up under a ceiling fan. The living room could use a little more seating (because there were 6 of us) but that wasn't a big issue. The house location was nice. It was right off the highway so getting on and off was easy and there were a few food and gas stations nearby. It was a very quiet neighborhood. The location of the home made it easy to get anywhere in and around Austin. The kitchen was very well equipped so we could have the majority of our meals home style which saved us much money.
