Nestled in Ventnor, this lovely entire house for £78 per night is a great option for your next vacation. The house is close to the beach and with a large back yard suited for family holidays.
The deck is north facing and a delight for morning coffee and just relaxing during the day. Features BBQ facility.
There are 2 bedrooms. 1 with double size bed plus built in robes and the second room has a single bed and a bunk bed that sleeps up to 3. The bunks are full sized singles, comfortable and roomy.
There is a downstairs shower, toilet and laundry while upstairs is another bathroom and a separate second toilet.
The kitchen/living area is bright and cheerful featuring all of your cooking needs.The dining table seats 4 comfortably.
The rear yard is fenced and perfect for family games. The undercover carport area is great for bikes and cars.
TV with digital coverage and DVD in living area.
It is a short walk to the beach and to the nearby Anchorage general store and bottle shop. Walk down to the store and back in a few minutes to get the paper and enjoy your holiday.

Jan 2018We had rented out our luxe property near Phillip Island and were looking to rent a basic nice clean and very affordable property very near to a good beach on the island. Heyley Holiday Beach House was perfect for a rare 6 night NYE ge5 together with siblings from afar. We all slept well in comfy beds, enjoyed the deck, garden and lovely sea breeze through the fly screened doors and windows. Nice clean home including spotless kitchen and bathroom and comfy sofa in lounge room.
Great beach and walks nearby and a quick drive to Cowes plus many natural attractions ditto cafes and restaurants (Cheeky Goose and Rusty Water were yummo). Great place for an affordable holiday. Thanks so much :) Read more

May 2019This place was perfect for my family. We had the beach just down the street. Shops a quick 5 min drive to. The house was well equipt with everything you needed for cooking. It even had a baby high chair which was perfect for my baby girl. My boys were able t ok play I'm the garden out the back while we had BBQs every night. I highly recommend David's Beautiful home. Jan 2019This is our third or fourth stay at Heyley Beach House .... we have settled on this one as our preferred option and it feels like home every time. It is sparsely furnished ( a relief - as so many beach houses are cluttered with shells and marine kitsch ).... it has a well equipped kitchen so you can easily cook and bake. The owners are friendly and accommodating. It’s a short walk to a swim.... it’s really quiet. Read more

Views of greenery from all windows and a big deck with glimpses of the water and great for enjoying an evening aperitif after a day on the beach or sightseeing. Kitchen had everything required. Feb 2022Amazing location a short walk to gorgeous Ventnor beach. The property had everything we needed, without being cluttered with knick-knacks we were worried about breaking. Comfy beds, plenty of space and lovely views. No complaints at all. Excellent communication from the host David, who went out of his way to answer all our questions.
