This Charming Kitchenette with its eclectic mountain southwest decor is the perfect place for a weekend getaway. It includes 1 Queen bed, a Twin bed in a separate room and a kitchenette for simple meal preparation (no stove/oven). Under the covered porch is a charcoal grill, table and chairs, with views overlooking downtown. The neighborhood is within walking distance to the Hot Springs, the river and many of Pagosa Springs' favorite restaurants. The apartment is one of three rentals onsite, the others are a 2BR house and a 1BR studio, all attached, but with private entrances and outdoor living spaces. Nov 2021Walking distance to the springs. We skied at wolf creek one day and then hit the springs that afternoon. Great stay. There isn’t really a feasible way to cook there with studio-like kitchen (no oven). There is a Weber charcoal grill and that could be handy if you brought a cast iron or something for sides. So plan accordingly as there aren’t any cooking vessels. Decent glassware and plates for getting takeout from a town restaurant. Overall wonderful stay. Recommend for location and ease of use. It it truly just 5-10 minutes to most everything but there is a hill, it is harder after a couple of multiple long hour sessions in the spas. Very nice, very clean, great comms with owners. Nice little touches, bring your own bath potions.

Feb 2022Pleasant, cozy, and bare-essentials little apartment in the heart of Pagosa Springs, less than 45 minute’s drive to Wolf Creek ski area. Kitchen has a fridge, microwave and a coffee pot, and is minimally stocked with a few essentials. No real no cooking capacity (even boiling water is only possible in the MW), so you have to eat out (or grab take out) if you want a hot meal. Several bars & restaurants within walking distance tho. Heated bathroom is a plus. Location is excellent and views are great from the main window. The ‘seating area’ (at the foot of the bed) is just one chair by a small gas stove. So if you want to sit together, you must do so at the kitchen/dining table (which has two tall chairs). A nice outside seating area is also available (for warmer weather or hearty souls!). This was a fine ‘base’ from which to enjoy a day’s skiing. Read more

We actually chose to eat meals in our room as we had been traveling for several days when we arrived in Pagosa. The fridge/freezer was perfect and we made coffee and dinner from our groceries in the microwave. We loved our stay and will certainly return. Read more

It is connected to another larger space owned by the same people, but it is completely autonomous. The location is great, within just a few minutes walking distance of downtown area. Facility was up to date very well kept and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Jul 2021Cute little space with convenient location overlooking the historic district. All it needs is a simple hot plate and it would be perfect for one to two people. Thankfully, there was a grill and a crock pot. Clean. Both beds are comfy. Just need some additional things: Pepper, some spice basics, shampoo, conditioner. We bought these things and left them for the next guests. Get a hot plate. Seriously! It would help. If you are going to offer a really nice refrigerator to stock with food, then provide a place for people to cook their food. Other than that, all good. Responsive owners; very cool. Read more
