Nestled in Hilton Head, this charming entire villa for £106 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Seaside Villas are located oceanfront on the South Forest Beach Drive. This area features one of the greatest beaches on the island, plus walking proximity to numerous shops, boutiques, and restaurants. We offer you our third-floor, ocean view, villa for your vacation enjoyment. The villa was completely renovated, and includes full kitchen facilities with dining area. There is a queen-size bed in the bedroom, and a queen size pull-out sofa. Cable TV and Wireless Internet are also provided. The approximately 60 square feet balcony overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. Also on the resort there is a gated swimming pool, barbeque and laundry machines on site. New Cleaning and Maintenance services for 2021.NO PETS ALLOWED PER BLD. RULES. Rental schedule from June 28 to august 7- Saturday check in 4- 7 days stay, -Sunday check in 4-6 days,-Monday check in 4-5 days stay, -Tuesday check in 4 days only.

Jun 2019We loved staying at Seaside Villas. It is beachside and only a short walk to the ocean. The whole property was clean, well landscaped and quiet. This was our third visit to Hilton Head and the area of Coligny Beach is now our favorite with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
The unit we stayed in was perfect for 2 people. It was on the end near the stairs so that was convenient. You can see the ocean from the balcony which is always nice. Read more

Jul 2018This unit is out dated. Bathroom fixtures appear to be original and pull away from shower wall. Refrigerator exterior was not clean. Older furnishings, mattress to bed was awful. Location was perfect - very close to beach, Very safe area. Easy walk to shopping, restaurants, etc. Read more

Apr 2018My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and was in a great location. The beach in front of the property wasn’t at all crowded, even during spring break. The condo would probably be pretty crowded with 3-4 people, but it was perfect for just the two of us. We would definitely stay here again, but I would bring my own pillow next time. Read more

I was also disappointed that most of the condos appeared to have beach chairs, umbrellas, and even wagons stowed on balcony ceilings and we had one BAD chair and an umbrella. It wouldn't take much to make this a standout rental. Right now, others would be a better bet. Read more

The bedroom really doesn't get that cool, but it does have a ceiling fan. You have to hold the handle down on the toilet so it will flush, sometimes you have to flush a few times. Read more

Owner is very responsive in communicating. Need to inform renter how to get onto the property prior to getting the key fob. Great location and quiet. The beach is walking distance away.
