Стельовий світиьник не працював

Тихий, комфортний готель з гарним розташуванням, адекватною ціною, прекрасним персоналом і сервісом.

Вічливий персонал, який намагається зробити відвідування готелю приємним. Всі побажання щодо номеру і їжі прагнули виконати. Фактично персонал і "витягує" готель.

Волога білизна (один з комплектів), не дуже зручні ліжка, номер і ванна кімната потребує мілкого ремонту, сніданки не дуже смачні і частково були подані холодними.

Надзвичайно ввічливий та привітний персонал, рекомендую всім, дуже смачна кухня. Цікаві рішення дизайну

Трохи слабий інтернет для смарт tv деколи не вистачало швидкості.

Clean, quiet, tasty food provided at the restaurant

temperature at the room. It was quiet chilly.

The location is good for Lutsk: it's near the castle and cathedral. There is plenty of parking. The staff was really, really nice. The balcony was sizeable and with a table and chairs. The place was clean and nice. Breakfast was included and it was perfectly adequate. We were very happy with this hotel.

Kind of weird complaints, but the bathroom faucet sprayed water outside of the sink; the toilet also wasn't fastened to the floor so it wobbled; the coffee table's glass top wasn't fastened down either and the corners were very, very sharp (no joke!) - we had to lift the top up and put it in a place where it wouldn't cause harm if knocked into. The view of the hotel isn't much to brag about (but I didn't care about that).
