The location looking over the sea promenade and beach was awesome. We had cool weather during our stay but managed to bundle up and enjoy our afternoon tapas on the balcony,walks along the sea promenade and sightseeing around town and to other nearby towns. The apartment was very close to several restaurants and only a 7-10 minute walk from the grocery store. The apartment is quite cozy and small but enjoyable for a week for a couple . We appreciated having a washing machine and a drying rack on the balcony after travelling for several weeks with no place to do our laundry.

We had some communication issues with finding out where to pick up the keys. The keys are located at the front desk of another apartment building about a 7-10 minute walk away. However, we only found the name of the apartment just as we were at the airport to fly to Malaga. We had to google its location . We think that the key pickup is the major issue we had with this property. We were quite stressed before we arrived in Marbella as we were worried what we would do if we were not able to get the keys. We also were disappointed that that there were no instructions left such as how to turn on the heat, the hot water, washing machine, how often to empty the bucket of water on the patio. Leaving a list in English as well as other languages about how to operate the equipment would be useful. Also a phone number of who to call if something doesn't work, emergency numbers (fire and police) , location of grocery stores etc. We wish there had been channels on the TV other than in Spanish for the rainy or cold days that we were stuck inside.

The apartment has an amazing sea view and the mountain view. The location is excellent.

This is a small apartment, tv only carries Spanish shows and you need to be fully aware that the keys are collected from another hotel location 7mins walk away. Also worth keeping an eye on the bucket on the pation that collects water from the air con unit. Despite the above quibbles I'd give the place top marks. At least, for me, the value with the spectacular views were second to none at the price. It can't be more central for the sea front , harbour and old town. Compliemtary fruit and water a lovely added touth. It was spotless. The size made it cozy ( we visited in winter) with good heating, for two people. A great large bed and a spectacular view of the park and mountains.

Nothing given the value of the property. It's really worth being sure of key collection location before arrival .

Cosy with great amenities, the sea view from the living area and the mountain view from the bedroom. Great to have been left some provisions from the owner/host.

It needs to be clearer that the keys are NOT on locotaion and are at a seperate addresss. It's a needless waste of time and energy, arriving at the location and only then finding out the keys are about 7mins away.

Great location and view of the sea and coastline, sun on terrace all day. A lovely apartment. Highly recommend.

Having to walk several kilometres on arrival to pick up keys as the reception was at another hotel. Hadn't been informed by Booking.com that this was the case. Owner says it was advised to them but hadn't been communicated to me.

Location is brilliant, 200m to the port area.
