Close to tram. Kitchen allowed us to eat late after event without having g to search for late night takeaway.

Tim was very flexible with times and really easy to get hold of. He was lovely and really friendly, couldn't do enough for us!

The property is ideal for families. It is in a nice quiet location with the tram stop across the road. The rooms have all the facilities you need for a self catering holiday.

There is nothing we did not like. However, I would suggest anyone who has mobility issues to book flats 1-3 as the other flats are up 1 or 2 flights of stairs and there is no lift.

The location was perfect to hop on and off the tram. Shower was ok. Near to a shop and cafe. Quite area. Sockets by the bed for phone charging and wifi was good. Lights above the bed too. The oven worked well. The host was very friendly (and his dog). TV worked well and the remote worked on both TV's. Tea, coffee and milk sachets on arrival.

The bed was hard. Only 2 bath towels. No bath mat when you step out of the shower. The sink in the toilet/shower room is not big enough, when you wash the water spills over. It's only really big enough to wash your hands. Very small shower room. The sea view was very limited. The kitchen wasn't well equipped. No scissors, cutlery was limited, 2 folks, knives, spoons. Cups, glasses and tea plates in the cupboard were dirty on arrival and we had no washing up sponge/cloth to clean them. The host did get one to us later. The bedroom was very small and the bed a small double, you had to walk sideways to get into bed. You need to pay for electricity via a coin meter. Not much but we weren't aware of this before arrival. No fan in the room and it was very hot (not usual Blackpool weather I know) the windows only opened at the top a little. The toilet seat was loose. It was very small, the pictures don't show this. However for a couple of nights it's okay. Lobby/entrance/stairs need updating. Vacuuming the stairs would be a start.

Tim is a lovely host, nothing too much difficult and a font of knowledge about where to eat and visit. The flat was very comfortable and a perfect base to explore Blackpool.

Completely unrelated to the flat however the tram was an issue. Constantly full and not very regular and when you have 2 year old little legs the walk all the way down to the tower is very tiring.
