Great single bedroom in Rockville MD! located about a 15 min away from local metro station. only 30 minute drive to NIH. simply a 40 minute commute into DC. We have parking available on out front of the house. we do have 2 friendly dogs in the house, they are very sweet and loving (one cocker spaniel and one schnauzer poodle mix). There is easy access to laundry, and a communal kitchen space with refrigerator and freezer. the room is with a shared bathroom right across the hall.
