***Brand New Nectar Mattresses for summer 2021*** Superb location at 870 Third Street, 1st Floor unit. This is a BRAND NEW Ocean City beach house located on a quiet beach block on the north end. Custom built to blend the old and the new. No detail was missed. Amazing kitchen with high end finishes. Gorgeous white cabinets and hardwood floors. Bright and airy. You'll never want to leave! It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit with off-street parking. Start your day with a walk along the boardwalk, stop for some coffee and fresh baked cake donuts at Browns. Enjoy an easy walk to the beach, come back to the house and rinse off in the outdoor shower and enjoy the evening on the large front porch. It's perfect for talking, eating and just relaxing. Everything is in walking distance to our house - boardwalk, playgrounds, tennis courts, and shops. Perfectly located, clean, bright and still has that new house smell! Melissa is super responsive to any need, no matter how small. This is our 2nd time renting and they continue to make small upgrades which helps keep the property as a top tier rental. We will definitely rent again!

This was a great house for our family! Location made it easy to walk to the beach and to the boardwalk shops, but the area was quiet and away from the commercial traffic and noise. The big front porch was a lovely place to read books and eat our meals. House was clean and comfortable and we really appreciated the garage shower after coming home from the beach. Thanks for an enjoyable stay in OC!

We never stayed at this end of the beach. We were really pleased with the location. The home we were able to enjoy met our expectations. Clean and close to all we were interested in.

This is the second time we've stayed in this property, and we were again very pleased with it. It was very, very clean! The kitchen was better stocked with utensils, tupperware, etc, then other rentals we've stayed in. The owners were also very responsive to all questions we had. Would highly recommend!

This is our 4th occassion to stay at Melissa's place. It is a perfect location, well maintained and decorated, very accommadating to our every need. Melissa and Shawn are very responsive and quick to communicate. We've enjoyed all of our stays.....with the grandkids and without.

Went for a long weekend in May with my family. We’ve rented in OCNJ every summer for my entire life, and this house has some of the highest end finishes we’ve seen. Nice layout, modern, and comfortable. No cleanliness issues whatsoever. Host was communicative and proactively let us know about some maintenance people stopping by. Great selection of games and activities for a rainy day.

We are a family of five, with three small kids. This was the perfect, and perfectly convenient spot for a quiet Spring Break getaway. Pros: Steps from the boardwalk / beach, open floor plan with spacious living and kitchen/dining areas, beautiful front porch for gathering and relaxing, and lots of garage space to stash surfboards and beach gear. Coffee and ice cream are right around the corner. Things to note (esp. if traveling with kids): Minimal / sheer coverage on the upstairs bedroom and bathroom windows, high barstool seating around the kitchen table, and this listing is bring-your-own towels / linens. We look forward to booking a future stay!

Couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The property was very nice, clean, spacious and in a great location with easy access to the beach and boardwalk but also on a quieter street. There was always something to do for both the adults and kids. We really enjoyed spending time on the front porch as well. Owners were very nice to work with. Highly recommend.

This is our second year in a row renting this house. We couldn’t be more pleased. Location is great for us, a few steps to the beach and Boardwalk yet far enough from all the noise. House is very clean upon arrival w/ all the amenities we needed. Our family is looking forward to future trips rent this house.

We have been vacationing in OC for over 20 years and this was one of our favorite rentals, perfect for our group of 6. This location is a short walk to the beach and boardwalk, very convenient. I love that you have two parking spaces in the garage/driveway which is a huge benefit in this busy area with limited street parking. The front porch, kitchen, and living room were ver comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. One minor downfall was the 2nd queen bedroom box spring was broken, causing a slight middle dip in the mattress which should be replaced. The queen bed in the master bedroom was super comfortable. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to vacation at OC, NJ.

Well lit, pleasant colors, full range of appliances, including a discreet washer/dryer combo, brand new roomy master bathroom, and two other showers so there’s never a traffic jam before going out. It’s a 5 minute walk from sand, 10 from the bulk of the boardwalk, and not much more to get to a nice little coffee shop; Browns. We had 4 adults, 2 kids, and 1 infant, and there was never a moment that felt tight. I feel like a family of any size would be happy here.
