Local activities/nearby attractions: Full water sport rentals (pontoon boats, ski boats, jet skis, tubes, etc.) are 5 minutes away. Four wheeling rentals are within 20 minutes. Horseshoe Bay is 45 minutes Northwest of Austin, "the live music capital of the world" which now also hosts Formula 1 racing and even more live music (if possible). There are extraordinary wineries nearby as the Texas Hill Country wine region is the second largest in the Country. San Antonio (River Walk) is a 90 minute drive. If you want a big water park Schlitterbahn Water Park in New Braunfels is a 60 minute drive. There is a public golf course and tennis courts located about a 20 minute drive from the property.
