Enjoyable Stay in Well-Equipped Hotel Apartment

Our time in the hotel apartment has been lovely. We found everything we needed right within the apartment, making our two-night stay very comfortable. The rooms were clean, the WiFi was fast, and all necessary equipment was provided, enhancing our overall experience.

Very old furnishings, dirty bed linen, no electric kettle

Karim is very responsive and helpful, who provided access/ check in to the property by 12noon well before the scheduled time at 3pm and the instructions was very clear to get the keys.

The pillow covers were not washed and they were extremely old, discoloured. The bed linen and duvet covers in both rooms were smelly, very old, and not washed. We paid £246 for a night. How much a new pair of pillows, pillow cover, bed sheet, duvet, towels and duvet cover cost? The kitchen has no electric kettle which was a shock. There is an old style boiling kettle that needs to be used on the Induction hob, and the induction hob is very temperamental to get started and it makes the room further hot to make a tea. The old style hot water kettle It is risky too. How much an electric kettle costs these days? Perhaps £20-25. I am a host too of my own 2 bed flat in UK. I always go to the extra mile to provide clean or brand new bedding, fully washed after every guests leaving. Here the towels were seem to be a good few years old. The curtains are so thin that bright lights come inside throughout the night from adjacent flat. I hope he improves the quality of the stay by providing new pairs of bed sheets, pillows, duvet covers and some fresh toiletries and a new electric kettle.

Nice two-bedroom apt

Conveniently located. Nice size two-bedroom apt for four adults, nicely equipped with full kitchen.

Great location at a good price

Good location. Very near the heart of town. Well priced for location. Close to good eateries.

The bathroom was very cramped, especially with washing machine between toilet and bath. Parking was also tricky in the area.

Good value , great location. Karim was a very friendly host that took our bags in early.

Great location , A few minutes from the lake and attractions, 10 minutes from main shopping district. Supermarkets , restaurants and bars all close by.

Handy apartment close to the centre of Geneva

Easy to find with step by step directions provided beforehand, good location, simple.

The sofa bed was uncomfortable but otherwise it was fine.

The 2nd room tv is not connected to tv channels, have chrome but unable to be connected. Remote is out of battery

Not what we expected

The location

Broken balcony window glass. Impractical and compact bathroom, mould in bathroom, bathtub needs replacing. Food left in the microwave on check in. Large table in lounge is unusable as the top is uneven. Mattresses are too soft and warn. Loud music especially in the evenings from the dance school downstairs

Very nice apartment, awsome location but needs some care.

The apartment is well equipped (has everything you need in terms of small and large appliances) ; It was clean and has an excellent location. Has nice security as well. It's located in a very calm zone. The building was very clean as well and very organized. Karim was kind and and very helpful.

The downside of this apartment is the bathtub in the WC. Unfortunately it's in really bad shape, as some of the paint was coming of. The bathtub looked really old and not very "welcoming". The host should change it... Also, the Tv's were not working and we couldn´t close one of the blinds in one of the bedrooms.

Great location full of conveniences in a good cost/benefit place

the location was very convenient with everything you need in the same block, several GREAT restaurants and walking distance to all the attractions.

the air conditioner was limited to one room and not very powerful; the bathroom (specially the bathtub) could use an uplift.

clean, central, perfect for a stay in Geneva

the apartment is close to the lake and the city center. it is mostly quiet (there are some birds in the morning) and very clean

Nice and easy

Nice little flat with all the facilities. The host was friendly, 100% available and super accommodating. Perfect location, 2 min walk from the lake. We had a lovely time. We're able to get settled earlier and there was no rush to leave. I really appreciate that due to arrival and departure times.

The apartment located in the heart of geneve. Restaurants bars cafes just in the same street if the apartment. Very clean and well decorated and everything you need you can find in the apartment. High recommended

Great location, but apartment could use an upgrade

Host was really friendly and perfectly on time. Location of the apartment was great and easy accessible.

I have lived in Geneva and have rented many places before and i do not think this apartment gives value for money. The apartment itself was clean however the furniture (carpet, couch, chair, shower curtain, beds) all looked dirty with many stains. Have had much better value for money in the same area before.
