Offering 1300 square feet of living space, the unit has been extensively renovated and refurbished. It is in the perfect location close to River Run lifts and shuttle and is within walking distance to West Ketchum's movie theater, shops, and bistros. This condo offers modern accommodations, flat-screen smart TVs, and wireless internet. The ground level has entries at both the front and the back which lead to the dining/living room and den. The gas fireplace adds warmth and comfort. The dining area accommodates up to 6 guests at table seating, while the adjacent granite kitchen bar offers 3 stools at the counter. The kitchen has newer appliances, an instant-on hot water dispenser, and the expected array of small kitchen appliances. The living room has a 28-inch flat-screen TV with cable for viewing from the love seat, ottoman, or nearby seated dining area. There is a deck off the ground-level den with a rear fenced courtyard offering southwest views. The den has a new queen sofa sleeper, a 43-inch flat screen Smart TV with cable and an adjacent bath with shower and a washer and dryer. The unit does not have A/C. The second level offers two bedrooms, each with an en-suite bath. The master suite offers a king bed, vaulted ceiling, 28-inch Smart TV with DVD only, and no cable, but is WiFi-linked for live streaming. The en-suite bath has a shower and bathtub. Partial mountain views can be enjoyed from this bedroom. The second bedroom also offers mountain views and has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom (shower only). Complex Features: Alpine Villa Condominiums are conveniently located near the bike path and are within walking distance of the River Run ski lifts on Bald Mountain. The complex common area offers a coin-operated laundry facility. There is a free shuttle that will transport you to ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, and the Sun Valley and Elkhorn Resorts. The Alpine Villa Condo was good, not great. Furniture was okay. TVs weren't great. Kitchen could have been stocked better. Location was right next to the free bus stop which was really convenient. On busy days though, be prepared that the bus might be full since it's the last stop before the main base of Bald Mtn. One other thing to be aware of is that the office for check-in is about a mile from the actual condo, so if you don't have a car (which you don't need one in Sun Valley due to the free bus), it will be a giant pain to carry luggage from the office to the condo once checked-in, especially in winter months.

It was a nice place. The kitchen was well stocked. It is close to the lifts. But not exactly walking distance with skis and boots. However the bus stop is right out front.
We had only two problems. One the heater in the master bathroom and master bath did not work and they had to bring in a space heater for the duration of our stay. The other problem was we ran out of hot water after washing clothes and trying to take a shower. It turns out the washer Hot and cold lines were reversed and used all the hot water.

This condo is well located, walking distance to the River Run base area and short distance to downtown. It is right on the local bus route too.The bedrooms and their adjoining bathrooms are comfortable. The living space on the first floor is tight if you have more than 2-3 people. The TV's and internet are very good. The unit has very little outside noise making it feel private.Parking for this particular unit is iffy as the condo is in a corner of the complex and you can be a good distance away for where your car is parked in bad weather.Overall, for just the two of us, it was a very good property for the cost.

Location can’t be beat, nearly as close to walk as the far parking lot, and convenient to downtown. Don’t love having to go to a rental office to get a code that can be emailed or texted to you and not thrilled to get there at the time you are supposed to be able to check in and be told sorry, not ready, go drive around for a bit (um, we’ve been driving for 5 hours). The description says DVD player so we came prepared for long evenings but there was no DVD player and the big TV is in a back room. The main living area only has a small, barely big enough for 2, love seat. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was wonderful with a great shower. Thermoregulation was a bit of a challenge (HOT or COLD). The kitchen was nice.

Great spot close to Bald Mt ski resort. -0 min walk to town. Super comfortable apartment! Nicely Remodeled in an older complex . Quiet , clean with everything possible you would need for an extended stay. Beds are great. And 3 bathrooms was a bonus! Will stay again

Pros: Good location, big master bedroom and bathroom, keyless entry, stocked well, having a private bathroom for each bedroom, mini backyard, nice neighbors living in the complex, and a super cute 14 yr old husky named Albie that greeted us when we’d come home.
Cons:
*Musty smelling old beds. We had old winter bedspreads in the summer. A light bedspread for summer would be nice.
*Downstair’s pullout-bed mattress is horrible. It’s basically like laying on springs. Asked the management for a blow-up mattress to use instead. They brought the air-mattress but there was no pump. Never got the pump after asking a couple times.
*Never had enough hot water for 4 adults showering in the mornings.
*Only 1 big chair in kitchen area. Would suggest a couch along the wall under the stairs instead.
*No A/C

great location but the there were maintenance issues that should have been exposed before we rented _ back deck/yard fence was literally so rotten it had fallen in the grass (I had to clean it up before we could sit outside), entry mats were disgustingly old and bug ridden, front outdoor light is falling off the wall, and we had a large truck parked in front of our door with a huge dog (Albi, luckily she was very nice) tied outside our entry. the interior was very nice but could use new bedding.

THERE IS LIMITED PARKING AVAILABILITY AND MEDDLESOME PERMANENT RESIDENTS ON BOTH SIDES OF THE UNIT. THE FURNITURE IS OVERSIZED FOR THE SPACE, IN POOR AND DAMAGED CONDITION. BLANKETS AND PILLOWS ARE UNCLEAN AND SHOULD BE REPLACED.

The positive is the unit was stocked with everything you may need, it was clean and the location was very close to River Run for skiing. The bad, location is rather claustrophobic main floor felt dark and it was Way smaller than pictures indicated, living room only barely fit 2 people, there was another room in back but we wanted a gathering place. 6 different controls for heat and the master didnt work and the living room stopped. They brought space heaters over which did nothing and there was no room for them. The TV was hard to figure out, you had to leave a light switch on the the other room to use the tv if front room. Directions for the property operation would be helpful.

Great ski condo perfect for our family for walking to the ski hill and into town. Nice to have three bathrooms and we used the room with a couch for a third bedroom with an air mattress so our son and daughter could have their own space (teenagers). Areas of improvement are the check-in process - we requested early check-in and the front desk seemed overwhelmed by the request despite the instructions to call to make the request. When we arrived, at 4pm, they told us the property hadn't been inspected at the check-in time and couldn't tell us when we could get in. Another suggestion is to update the heating system. Thermostats were in every room, and it was hard to get a good temperature for every room. Some rooms were too hot and others too cool. The TV in the master bedroom didn't work as described. The front walk was icy and could have been cleared better. Overall, though, the place is great. It was well stocked with extra blankets, pillows, towels, and all the items for a kitchen - salt, spices, etc. We loved our time in Ketchum and we had everything we needed from the condo.

Place is next to a shuttle pick up that takes you to the base or town. Can also walk to either in 10 minutes. Second floor suites are spacious and in suite bathrooms were very nice. First floor has a small tv room with couch and a separated kitchen/dining room with a comfy chair and kitchen table with 2 benches.

The property was perfect. It was close to the mountain and close to the downtown area. My only recommendation would be to provide the door code in advance so there is not a need to make an extra stop at the property office to check in. It was an unnecessary step. I would recommend, and I would stay there again.

The Condo is in an ideal location, a short 10 min. walk to the base of Bald Mtn. The bedrooms with bath and pull out sofa in den room with a door & with bath is almost like a 3 bedroom. Nice kitchen and counter and comfortable sitting area. It was ideal for myself and my two adult sons. Also enough space for spouses to join.

Clean, convenient and helpful property staff
The unit is a very clean and well appointed 2 bedroom condo. The check in was easy and the staff helped with a late check out and securing our bags before heading to the airport. My only suggestion is the layout. The living room is small with a small couch and TV. I would recommend moving a larger couch against the staircase to face the dining room wall and hang a large TV where the painting of the rowboat currently sits. This would really open up the room and allow family to watch together. Also, the sofa bed in the spare room would be better served as a bunk bed. Nonetheless, the bedroom were spacious and inviting. Thanks.

The beds were very comfortable and the two smaller showers had great water pressure although some found them a bit tight. The larger shower in the master wasn’t quite as powerful and had to change to massage setting to fully rinse longer hair. The kitchen was a good size for the size of the condo and was well stocked in terms of kitchenware although the frying pans were a bit sticky. It was great having laundry facilities in the condo - especially having an infant with! The neighborhood was pretty quiet and the neighbors were friendly. We had a fire alarm chirping in the master bedroom over the weekend while we were there and the maintenance person was there within 30 minutes tops to change the battery. Pricing was very reasonable for what was offered and location to town. We would absolutely stay there again!

Good location, nicely furnished, great kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. Downstairs layout a little awkward, as there's no open space to comfortably lay around. Wifi not working the evening we checked in; maintenance fixed the issue the next morning, but the three tv's got messed up to the point that none were working properly by the time we checked out. (We were too busy with other activities to get the issue resolved, and it didn't bother us too much).

The property was a great location for ski access and town. We could have walked, but it was cold so we drove. Management company was responsive to maintenance issue. We would stay here again.
