Quite unusual with some lovely quirky features.
It would have been good to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room and a fridge. However we were aware these would not be available before we booked, it is just a couple if things that we prefer.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. Right on the lake near all the bars and restaurants.
The staff were really friendly and accomodating.
The hotel is very clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to visit Bordolino.
It was a bit of a tight squeeze closing the shower enclosure.

The view from our room of the swimming pool and the lake beyonf was exceptional, the buffet breakfasts were very good and the staff very helpful. The swimming pool itself was just the right temperature for a refreshing swim - neither too cool or too warm
Our room was small and not well lit - we had to ask for a table lamp - but the air conditioning was effective

This is a beautiful friendly hotel , It is in one of the best positions . Eating breakfast outside overlooking the lake is a dream ,. We enjoyed the lovely pool and sunbeds . We had lovely fresh fluffy towels every day in our lovely room , It was perfect ,

The property was in an excellent location. In the immediate vicinity of all the shops, bars and restaurants. Rooftop pool was nice but not enough sunbeds due to lack of space.
No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. VERY firm mattress which was uncomfortable to sleep on.
Very poor choice at breakfast, Only hot food was scrambled egg and streaky bacon which was usually luke warm even at 8am when breakfast started. If you went any later or would be cold.
Also the shower screen did not meet the bath and so the floor was always flooded after a shower which was dangerous.
Hotel is very old fashioned and in dire need of a refurbishment. Decor makes it feels grubby.

No parking near hotel. Very old rooms, old air-co, no wifi or fridge etc

The room was spacious and clean, as was the rest of the hotel. The location was great.
It was all slightly dated - everything was clean and well maintained but nothing particularly impressive.

It was very very friendly and we felt very relaxed. The location is superb.
Breakfast was good but sometimes had run out of items before we got there. The décor was fine, but you need to be able to look past the style
