Near to JR station.

It is not a hostel, but little apartments. Very expensive extra fee when arriving for cleaning the room when we just spent one night. No basics to eat or drink: even if there was a kitchen and stuffs to cook, all was bad quality plastic- we tried to make a tea and the 'glass' melted instantly. When asked about useful ones, the answer was people didn't want to have real stuff because of covid (?) And give no solution. No space for baggage or anything more than us in the apartment (our apartment was the 404, and it was 3000¥ more expensive than our friends' apartment which had separated the room from the eating space, had at least a table and the bed wasn't 'just over the kitchen' as ours). The sheets didn't cover the entire surface of the bed.

Right by station. Hassle-free.

This place is in the best location. Right next to end of line for easy access and difficult to miss. Amazing price and amazing facilities.

Wifi pass code did not work but this was not a big deal because I was not there for wifi. And there was no broom. I have big family need a way to clean up after kids as necessary. Refrigerator was not functional.

Casa Viento is very close to Hiroshima subway station. Once you exit the South Gate and cut the corner, you are right there. It is a good deal for an apartment with bed, frig, shower, heating jug, plated and utensils and more. You feel like its your apartment. What I really liked about the management was they are easy to get along with and do not complicate matters. In addition, they do not disturb you, but let you enjoy the city. Another thing was the management gives you their telephone number to call anytime with any questions. The ease of booking and staying here, the phone number to call anytime like a guardian angel host, that made me feel great about staying at Casa Viento.

They need an elevator for lazy people like me.

Location super, just next the station! Akiko is really lovely and helpful. The apartment they have everything you need. All the attractions are walking distance.
