This is a place you can go to rest and relax. You can chill outside on the chairs or lay on the grass. I really enjoyed the chill vibes of this place. I liked that we got free access to the gardens which made the walk to the village nice. I wanted to rebook this place because I liked it so much! Free breaky was nice too, and staff were friendly.

Roosters will wake you up around 5am haha, but it’s part of the experience :)

We absolutely loved our stay here. Nice property, good breakfast and very cute dogs!

Walls aren’t really soundproof — if you are a little unlucky like we were and have loud neighbours, your stay may not be as peaceful as you had hoped for.

Was such a beautiful and relaxing place to stay! The hosts were so lovely and the breakfast they provided was great. The hostel room was also very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

The property is a 20 minute walk from the centre of Bellagio but that wasn’t a problem for me.

We absolutely loved our 3 night stay in Bellagio! The staff of this property were super helpful, outgoing and always happy to lend a hand! The breakfasts were a great way to start the day, and the location of the property was in walking distance of the main centre of Bellagio. We can’t forget to mention how beautiful the rooms were, and how clean and tidy the entire property was! Couldn’t fault our stay 10/10, and very keen to come back!

Distance from Bellagio ferry stop was about 15 minutes, which is a lovely walk. however some may struggle with large suitcases. There is also a bus available but timing is sometimes tricky. Not a fault of the property but useful information to know!

This place was amazing! Set a little way from bellagio main town this spot is so peaceful and beautiful! The grounds are gorgeous and the staff were incredibly friendly. There are 3 resident dogs which are super cute too. The room was incredibly comfortable and clean with lovely views of the garden. There wasn't AC in my room but didn't feel the heat inside despite the raging summer sun outside which was great.

When staying at Agriturismo La Derta, we had arrived very late checkin. Aurelia (not sure about spelling of her name) was extremely kind and accomodating allowing us to checkin in at night. She was a beautiful host throughout our stay and made us feel very welcome. The accomodation itself was very modern, clean and sufficient for a comfortable stay in Bellagio.

Agriturismo La Derta is a short and beautiful walk to Bellagio but away from the crowds. It’s one of the most peaceful places I’ve ever stayed, encouraging you to slow down and enjoy your day. I loved the owners friendly dogs,roosters, and chickens on-site and beautiful patio and garden area. The rooms were simple but beautifully designed, again encouraging a calm mind and restful stay.

Location is perfect, it's about 20 min walk to bellagio and just across the road from the beach. It's very relaxed and peaceful in the area. There's 3 cute dogs and some chickens and a rooster. Owner prepares different continental breakfast every morning. I stayed in shared room and it's was very nicely decorated and very clean.

I love animals but if you are a light sleeper, expect to be woken up by a rooster quite early. Everything else is perfect.

The property looked exactly like the photos - you immediately felt at home with super friendly guest. The garden was beautiful and we just loved the agricultural part of the hostel

Everything was amazing

A quiet and relaxing B&B with a few rooms and one dorm room with seven single beds. The dorm have access to three bathrooms, situated right outside the dorm. The included breakfast was good if you compare as a hostel, as it included cheese and also yoghurt with fresh berries from their own garden. I stayed almost a week there working remotely. The town Bellagio is within reach by foot and there is also some kind of “road running train” you can use to get around (did not try myself). There are also ferry lines frequently running between the different towns surrounding the lake. Very close to this B&B is a small “beach” with a bar where it is nice to cool of with a swim in hot weather. The lake and its surroundings are very beautiful.

As my personal preference I felt the area and this hostel is a bit too relaxed to have a week long stay. Tourists at lake Como are dominantly in the “luxury segment” and that means luxury shops and high priced restaurants.

The garden, although I would’ve liked to have some fresh eggs for breakfast.

The best place you will find in Lake Como! I wish I could stay forever. Amazing breakfast, great location, lovely rooms and the staff was the nicest. Absolutely recommend to everyone that wants to relax and stay in the loveliest place!

Such a beautiful place to stay! Fantastic location, friendly staff, lovely breakfast out on the patio with other guests. The vegetable garden is spectacular!

I don’t usually write reviews, but this hostel was INCREDIBLE. I was so well looked after, the rooms are amazing and it’s in an awesome location with a quick walk through the beautiful gardens (for free might I add) to get to Bellagio. If I ever come back I would stay here instead of a hotel. It was that amazing! Breakfast was great, amazing hospitality and it’s based on a fair bit of land which was gardens full of fruit and veg. The best hostel I’ve ever stayed in.

it was BEAUTIFUL

I really liked staying here. The bathrooms were clean. The bed was nice too. The owner is super nice. She bakes her own cake for breakfast, which was very kind of her. The hostel is situated around 25 minutes away from the ferry, which seems like a long walk. But, if you book this hostel, you get a free access to the garden (don't remember the name!) which is situated between the ferry and the hostel - so you can choose to walk through the garden instead of the main road. And I must say, the garden is absolutely beautiful!! A big plus!!

The breakfast was good, the place was super clean and the bed was comfortable.

I can't mention anything I didn't like.

it was so unique. the staff were friendly, the location was Beautiful and the dogs added a playful touch. also great to get free entrance into the Bellagio gardens
