Hotel de paso

El personal muy majo y amable. El desayuno muy rico típico marroquí. Esta en el centro del pueblo.

Las camas no eran especialmente cómodas pero para pasar una noche aceptable.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer herzigen, zentralen Unterkunft

Die Angestellte des Hotels waren sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Es gab ein leckeres und grosses Frühstück, welches im Preis inbegriffen war und die Zimmer waren gross und sauber. Die Unterkunft ist optimal gelegen und man erreicht jegliche Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr schnell und einfach.

NO ES UNA MARAVILLA, PERO MUY BUENA RELACIÓN CALIDAD-PRECIO

Nos gusto especialmente el desayuno. También es muy destacable la ubicación dentro de la medina pero no lejos de una de las puertas principales y además sin necesidad de escaleras. Por otro lado, el trato es bueno por parte del staff, y hay que reconocer que la relación calidad-precio fue muy buena.

Ponemos la puntuación por lo resaltado anteriormente pero la habitación sinceramente debe renovarse ya que hay bastantes muebles con roturas varias, el cuarto de baño es muy mejorable, las camas son aceptables pero mejorables. Creo que necesitaría una cierta renovación.

Très bon séjour!

Très bien situé , personnel accueillant, bel endroit. 😊

Le deuxième matin nous avons eu un jus d’orange industriel en bouteille (alors que le premier matin c’était un très bon jus d’oranges pressées). Je pense que c’est important un bon petit déjeuner fait maison.

El trato del personal, la ubicación, lo acogedor y bonito que es, el desayuno.

El baño era pequeño y la ducha no tenía mampara, lo que hacía que se llenase todo el suelo de agua.

Exceptional

Very nice Riad in the Medina of Chefchaouen. Well located in order to explore the Medina. Staff was very nice and made an early breakfast possible.

Parking can be a bit tricky.

needs some renovating and a bit of care bathroom was old and needed somee care rooftop is lovely but needs a bit of care as well it would have been nice to have a bit more towels

overall it was ok for one night. The staff was nice and tried to help, but the overall experience was not great.

the location is great and the facility itself is really beautiful. The staff is also very nice and helpful.

The 2 rooms we stayed in were not very clean. There was mold everywhere in one of the rooms and the water in the shower got stuck on the floor in the other room (the bathroom smelled quite bad as well). The organization was quite messy: In a group of 3, we got assigned a room with 2 beds and one sofa (not prepared to be a bed). When we asked for a room for 3 people we were given a 3 beds bedroom that was supposed to be ready but we later realize that the beds were not actually made (no bed sheet).

Good for money

it’s clean, and bright. you can do laundry. it has rooftop to hanging clothes or for chit chat with other guests. every floor got corner to sit. from CTM bus station you can go with taxi and they will drop you, about few meters you arrived. no stairs no hills so you can bring you luggage easily.

the shower. our room got broken shower. if it’s not broken our experience must be more happier. please fix the shower

Very good

I liked the location, it’s nearby things we wanted to see. There is rooftop you can access to see the town and sunset above the mountains. I love the indoor patio where you eat breakfast. Personnel was really nice. We had to leave very early and the man from the reception gave us breakfast to go.

On the other hand I wasn’t fan of our room, was very dark. Bathroom floor was wet all the time because window was extremely small. There also wasn’t any bathroom doormat so floor was also dirty.

Friendly staff, would recommend

Very friendly staff. When we had a problem, they really made everything they could to help us solve the problem. Very good location in centre of a blue city.

Nice place generally though the room was very small for 4 people and there are no windows (as it appeared on pictures). Good wifi.

The best customer service in Morocco

Awesome breakfast and location, but the best about Dar Chefchaouen is its staff. The people working at reception are extremely helpful and the customer service is awesome. The rooms were nice, especially for the price. I would 100% recommend this hotel and I will be coming back in shaa Allah.

Good spot for a short stay

The staff was very welcoming and attentive. Location was good, close to all important spots of the medina. Breakfast was rather basic, but generally okay. After some time could get boring. The price was fair with regards to what is being offered.

The bathroom was very tight and got immediately flooded with water after having a shower, as there were no curtains provided. The room looks better in the pictures than in reality and provides rather basic shelter than some sort of super excitement ;) I have been to several more impressive riads in the past in other parts of Morocco.

Disappointing

If you are travelling with a family especially with a baby and have a pram, this is not the hotel for you. The taxi will leave you quite far, walking to the hotel and carrying you luggage is the only option. The hotel has no lift and no help from the staff to take your luggage; I found it very difficulty to take everything on the 2nd floor. The breakfast was OK.

There's was no lift and no help from the staff. Also, when I took the stairs, I was appalled as clothes were hanging on the fences, it look really bad, it seems I was in walking in a laundry factory.

Great service and place

We just have coffee and wanted it at 7 o'clock. Without blinking it was agreed to provided even though breakfast started at 8:30. In addition we had one of the best coffees.8n all our vacation
