This recently refurbished 2 bedroom apartment has preserved some elements of character, such as tile details, a brick lined wall and wooden ceiling, combining modern and comfortable décor. Bedroom with double bed and second bedroom with two single beds 2 bathrooms, one with walking shower. Fully equpped and moder kitchen with hob, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, a small dining table. The living room features a comfortable sofa, flat-screen cable TV and a dining table. On the ground floor of the building´s complex, there is a large swimming pool and lawned garden and a little play area for children. The is a cozy cafe as facing the swimming pool that offers snacks drinks and light meals. This apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building with lift and private garage. Conveniently located in São Pedro do Estoril, it´s close to all services, cafes, restaurants, and transport. Estoril's São Pedro Beach is just a 2-minute walk away. Guests have full access to the whole apartment, including the swimming pool, garden, as well as parking and the garage of the building. We hope you have a lovely stay! The train station of São Pedro do Estoril also, which makes the trips to Lisbon and Cascais very fast and comfortable, as well as scenic. For those who prefer to use the car, the apartment has a parking in the garage of the condominium. There are a number of restaurants in the immediate area, including snacks and seafood, as well as traditional Portuguese food and light meals. There is a mini market down the street. Near the apartment there is a pharmacy, grocery stores with fresh produce and a selection of quality products, a service station with ATM, banks. São Pedro do Estoril train Station, just around the corner, allows you to get around and travel by train between Cascais and Lisbon. The trips are pleasant and pleasant, almost always by the sea. For those who travel by car, the apartment has a free parking garage in the condo. Great location , close to everything

Great Space with a lot of character and plenty of space . Beautiful views, breeze with good beds for a resting night . We had a wonderful vacation and hope to come back. Close to the train station for going to Cascais . There a good Mexican restaurant close by and of course the beaches!. I highly recommend this place

Clean, had modern appliances that all worked. We needed to use the heavy comforter as our stay was in December. Very nice that the train station was close (3 minute walk) but not close enough to hear. Also nice that a Minipreco market was only a 5 minute walk away, which was good since the apartment didn't have bath soap. It was great that they offered transfer from the airport and the driver was waiting after it took us an hour and a half to get through customs and then he checked us in to the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay!

A fantastic apartment overlooking the sea in a very convenient location.
We recently had the pleasure of staying in this fabulous apartment.
We found it to be exceptionally clean and well equipped.
Prior to our arrival the owner, Claudia, answered any questions we had promptly.
We really liked the location of this apartment, it being in a more residential rather than solely tourist area.
It is very near the train station with great access to both Lisbon and the wonderful nearby coastal areas such as Cascais.
You don't have to leave the surrounding area to have a relaxing time as there is a pool in the complex. We found the pool and the grounds of the complex to be very well maintained and exceptionally clean.
Nearby there is a supermarket and a couple of bars and restaurants.
We found the area to be nice and quiet.
The apartment itself was very comfortable and very much a home from home. Everything we needed was provided. The views from the balconies are spectacular and the photos really don't do the views justice.
We stayed as a family of four and we had plenty of room.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment and I've no doubt we will be returning soon.
To summarise we had a wonderful trouble free stay and everything exceeded our expectations.
