ROSEBUD FAMILY HOLIDAY RETREAT Situated in the quiet part of Rosebud, this fully renovated home is the perfect house for a family holiday or weekend away. The house has two bathrooms and four bedrooms, two with Queen beds, one with four single bunk beds and the other with a double base and single bunk on top, all up accomodating eleven people. This house would be great for two/three families happy to share, with plenty of off-street parking. Close to various attractions such as the Peninsula Hot Springs, Arthur's Seat, Enchanted Adventure Garden, Golf Courses and Wineries. Only minutes drive to Rosebud beach/pier and easy access to freeways. FREE WI-FI and access to Netflix and Youtube via the Smart TV, also provided with a DVD player. Board Games provided for children for those wet days. A fully-contained kitchen. All linen/bedding and towels provided for the stay. Laundry includes a washing machine and dryer. A BBQ provided in the furnished outdoor area. The house contains three reverse-cycle air conditioners for cooling and heating. Additionally, the house has an energy efficient heat exchange circulating the air from the roof space throughout the house. Two rooms contain ceiling fans. One beautiful, clean and spacious home.

Property better than expected from photos! Very clean and modern. Beds quite hard and no games or things to amuse kids so bring your own. Lots of beds and outdoor area would be nice in summer.

House was very clean and tidy, lots of beds only downfall was main bed was very very squeaky to the point turning around was an issue. Apart from that I highly recommend this lovely property.

Nice place that was bigger than we expected. The kitchen, dining, and living room were a very good size, as were the two main bedrooms. The kids rooms were a bit squeezy, but that's fine for the kids.
All well furnished and the kitchen had everything we needed. The place was generally clean, but a bit dusty and spiderweb-y in the corners.
The location was a nice quiet area in the back of Rosebud. There's a small playground that's walking distance away, as well as a short section of the 2 Bays walking trail.
We had a lovely stay and look forward to going back.

The property is like picture perfect and it was nice and clean. Everything is well organised and super clean. Host should deserve a 5 star rating for being so nice and responsive. We would love to come back and stay here again.

Thanks for having us! We had a fantastic long weekend at Rosebud. The family holiday retreat was so well planned and thoughtful. House is clean and plenty room for two families. The owner was friendly and helpful host. We will be back!

Our trip of three families (including a baby) at the Rosebud Family Holiday House was a pleasure. Clean and well presented, the house had most what we need. The layout was spacious so we could all fit in very comfortably. Heads up: the pillows provided are quite high and firm so it may not suit everyone - best to bring your own pillows if you have people with different preferences. A big plus point: linen provided - it made our travel prep so much easier. Availability of wifi connection and Netflix are also convenient pluses.
The drive into Rosebud town and beachside are only 5-6 minutes drive away and we did love the quiet area the house was located in.

A lovely home to relax in while enjoying the peninsular. Comfortable beds, plenty of bedding, good heating. Great kitchen with all the mod cons. Excellent communication with booking. Thanks

I booked for a group of 10 and found the property not only spacious but very clean and comfortable too! The house had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated. Everyone loved the place and will definitely book again in the future!
